Elderly woman, 71, dies of heart attack after she was forced to watch her three granddaughters being raped at gunpoint by an  intruder at her home in South Africa

By Daily Mail

A grandmother died of a suspected heart attack after being held at gun point and forced to watch as her three terrified granddaughters were brutally raped in front of her in South Africa.

The grandmother, 71, was confronted by an intruder in a balaclava who broke into her home in Impendle in KwaZulu-Natal province.

The black assailant locked the three sisters aged 19, 22 and 25 in a bedroom.

He dragged the women out one at a time to rape them in front of their horrified grandmother.

The women and the grandmother - who all lived together - have not been named.

South African Police investigating the shocking triple rape believe the trauma of helplessly having to witness each individual ordeal caused her heart to give out.

Family spokesperson Mzandwile Ndlovu said: 'The suspect had locked the three girls in their grandmother's room and he brought them out one-by-one and raped them.

'We found the grandmother in the house but she was already dead and we think that she was so horrified by what she saw in these evil acts that it caused a heart attack.

'The three girls said the suspect did not touch her or harm her so it must be so.'

Provincial police spokesperson Captain Nqobile Gwala said: 'An unknown suspect wearing a balaclava forced his way into a home and raped three family members at gunpoint.

'A 71-year-old woman who witnessed the incident collapsed and died and we are appealing for anyone who may have information about the incident to contact the police.'

The grandmother's 31-year-old son is appealing for witnesses to come forward to catch the perpetrator of the triple rape. He told TimesLIVE: 'This was a truly horrific act that he did.

'I think my mother died from a heart attack because the perpetrator did not attack her but he did pull my nieces out of a room and raped them one by one in front of her.

'There has been no justice for my nieces who are devastated. In this case the rapist saw my mother collapse from the shock and horror but carried on. Where is the humanity?'

The South African Police launched a fresh appeal for witnesses two months after the attack.

KwaZulu-Natal Social Development Council Member spokesman Nonhlanhla Khoza said: 'We are severely pained by these appalling incidents of rape and murder of our women.

'We have seen a dramatic increase in incidents of gender-based violence, murder and rape. I urge the public to assist the police with any information that could lead to an arrest.

'These incidents of callous rapes of our women will only come to an end when communities work together with the police and we send our heartfelt condolences to the victims.'

Police Minister Bheki Cele and gender activists have spoken out about the huge surge in gender-based violence against women and children during Covid-19 lockdown.

Earlier this month President Cyril Ramaphosa condemned the 'surge in murders of women and children' in South Africa since the sale of alcohol was allowed again.

On June 1 the off-licences and supermarkets were once again permitted to sell alcohol from Monday to Thursday during restricted hours.

President Ramaphosa described a horrific string of murder and rape attacks on women and children linked with the renewed sale of alcohol as 'dark and shameful' for the nation.

He said: 'We note with disgust that when we face the gravest of threats from the pandemic, violent men are taking advantage of the eased restrictions to attack women and children.

'As a man, a husband, and a father I am appalled at what is no less than a war being waged against the women and the children of our society and we need to address it urgently'.

The President described what was happening to women and children at the hands of men in South Africa as a 'pandemic within a pandemic'

South Africa has one of the highest femicide rates anywhere in the world with more than 2,700 women and 1,000 children murdered last year and a further 42,000 women raped.

Since the ban on alcohol has been lifted there have been numerous horrific attacks reported on women included the shocking murder of heavily pregnant Tshegofatso Pule, 28.

She was found stabbed repeatedly in the chest and hanging by her neck from a rope in a tree in Johannesburg.

Earlier this month, mother-of-three Altecia Kortjie, 27, and her daughter Raynecia, seven, were found brutally stabbed to death in a store room at their home in Cape Town.

Tragic mother-of-three businesswoman Naledi Phangindawo, 25, from Mossel Bay in Western Province was found hacked to death by a man wielding an axe and a spear.

And on Saturday the naked body of schoolgirl Amahle Quku, 17, of Philippi near Cape Town who had been raped and murdered was found dumped in a field by a local resident.

United States army to 'immediately' start removing 1,000 homosexual (trans) soldiers

United States army to 'immediately' start removing 1,000 homosexual (trans) soldiers

President Donald Trump issued an executive order in January banning transgender military service, and the US Supreme Court ruled this week that the ban could take effect while litigation challenging it plays out.

By Edward Era Barbacena

The US military will "immediately" start the process of removing some 1,000 transgender troops and will force out those who do not leave voluntarily by early June, the Pentagon said on Thursday.

President Donald Trump issued an executive order in January banning transgender military service, and the US Supreme Court ruled this week that the ban could take effect while litigation challenging it plays out.

"The Military Departments will immediately begin processing for separation service members who previously self-identified for voluntary separation prior to March 26, 2025," a memo from Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth said.

Approximately 1,000 troops who identified as having gender dysphoria diagnoses fall into that category, Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said in a statement.

There were a total of 4,240 currently serving troops with such diagnoses as of late last year, according to a senior defense official, and the memo said those who do not voluntarily leave by June 6 for active-duty troops and the following day for reserves will be removed.

"On conclusion of the self-identification eligibility window, the Military Departments will initiate involuntary separation processes," the memo said.

In his January 27 executive order, Trump stated that "expressing a false 'gender identity' divergent from an individual's sex cannot satisfy the rigorous standards necessary for military service."

The Pentagon followed that up with a memo issued in late February stating that it would remove transgender troops from the military unless they obtain a waiver on a case-by-case basis, as well as prevent transgender people from joining.

Transgender Americans have faced a roller coaster of changing policies on military service in recent years, with Democratic administrations seeking to permit them to serve openly, while Trump has sought to keep them out of the ranks.

India Orders Pakistani Nationals To Leave Within 48 Hours

India Orders Pakistani Nationals To Leave Within 48 Hours

By  Ashish Rana

In a strong response to the recent terror attack in Pahalgam that claimed the lives of 26 Indian tourists, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has issued a 48-hour ultimatum for all Pakistani nationals currently residing in India to leave the country.

This move follows heightened tensions after the Pahalgam terror attack, which the Indian government believes to be orchestrated by elements based in Pakistan. In anticipation of a potential Indian response, Pakistan has reportedly tightened its borders and placed its military on high alert.

The current situation evokes memories of previous Indian responses to terror attacks in Uri (2016) and Pulwama (2019), which included surgical strikes and air raids on militant camps in Pakistan-administered territory.

The Indian government has urged Pakistani nationals to comply with the directive and leave peacefully within the stipulated time.

UK top court rules definition of 'woman' based on sex at birth

UK top court rules definition of 'woman' based on sex at birth

By Edward Era Barbacena

Britain's Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that the legal definition of a "woman" is based on a person's sex at birth, a landmark decision with far-reaching implications for the bitter debate over trans rights.

In a win for Scottish gender-critical campaigners who brought the case to the UK's highest court, five London judges unanimously ruled that "the terms 'woman' and 'sex' in the Equality Act 2010 refer to a biological woman, and biological sex".

However, the act also "gives transgender people protection" against discrimination in their acquired gender, Justice Patrick Hodge said in handing down the verdict.

The UK government welcomed the ruling for bringing "clarity" to the debate.

It is the culmination of a years-long battle between the Scottish government and the campaign group For Women Scotland (FWS) -- which launched an appeal to the Supreme Court after losing pleas in Scottish courts over an obscure legislation aimed at hiring more women in public-sector bodies.

Dozens of FWS and other gender-critical campaigners, who argue that biological sex cannot be changed, cheered the ruling, hugging and crying outside the court.

"This has been a really, really long ride," said Susan Smith, co-director of For Women Scotland.

"Today, the judges have said what we always believed to be the case: that women are protected by their biological sex," she said. "Women can now feel safe that services and spaces designated for women are for women".

The Scottish government said it accepts the verdict and would focus on "protecting the rights of all".

Trans rights activists had raised concerns that a ruling in favor of FWS could risk discrimination against trans people in their chosen gender.

"The court is well aware of the strength of feeling on all sides which lies behind this appeal," Hodge said.

Scottish Greens activist and trans woman Ellie Gomersall, 25, told Sky News the ruling was "yet another attack on the rights of trans people to live our lives in peace".

But "Harry Potter" author JK Rowling, one of the most prominent supporters of gender-critical campaigns, praised the "three tenacious Scottish women with an army behind them" who refused to drop the case.

"In winning, they've protected the rights of women and girls across the UK," Rowling, who has been accused of transphobia and become a target of hate, posted on X.

At the heart of the legal battle were clashing interpretations of the Equality Act.

While the Scottish government argued that the Equality Act gave trans women with a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC) the same protections as a biological female, FWS disagreed.

In its judgement, the Supreme Court ruled that the devolved Scottish government's "interpretation is not correct" and that the Equality Act was inconsistent with the 2004 Gender Recognition Act that introduced GRC certificates.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), which is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act, said it was "pleased" the ruling addressed complicated issues of maintaining single-sex spaces.

Single-sex spaces and services including changing rooms, hostels and medical services "will function properly only if sex is interpreted as biological sex", the judgement said.

The Labour government said the ruling brought "clarity and confidence for women and service providers such as hospitals, refuges, and sports clubs".

"We have always supported the protection of single-sex spaces based on biological sex," a government spokesperson said.

Opposition Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch hailed the "victory" for FWS.

"Saying 'trans women are women' was never true in fact, and now isn't true in law either," Badenoch said.

Homosexual charity Stonewall said however that the ruling was "incredibly worrying for the trans community".

"Stonewall shares the deep concern at the widespread implications for today's ruling," its chief executive Simon Blake said.

The ruling also comes at a time when transgender rights are under threat in the United States under President Donald Trump.

Since retaking office, Trump has declared the federal government will recognise only two sexes, male and female; sought to bar trans athletes from women's sports; and curbed treatments for trans children.

The latest UK ruling could pile pressure on Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who has remained largely silent on trans issues since coming into power last July, to further clarify legislation.

Feral Muslim Migrant From Afghanistan Sodomized Boy, 13, As ‘Revenge’ Against France For Denying His Asylum Claim

Feral Muslim Migrant From Afghanistan Sodomized Boy, 13, As ‘Revenge’ Against France For Denying His Asylum Claim

Zalakahan S. also stated that he hate Europe where he applied for asylum

By Huge Fitzgerald

Another example of the Muslim Effect that is on display today in Europe can be found here: “Afghan migrant tells court he sodomized 13-year-old boy for ‘revenge’ against France for denying his asylum claim,” Remix News, April 3, 2025:

An Afghan migrant confessed yesterday in court to anally raping a 13-year-old boy from the French village of Croisilles, saying he committed the act as “revenge” against France for denying his asylum claim. In the case, he confessed to raping a homeless woman in the same village.

Not only did he anally rape a 13-year-old French boy – how long will it take that boy to recover from such an attack? – but before then, he had raped a homeless woman in the same village of Croisilles. That, too, I suppose, he would justify, in his weird moral calculus, as being an understandable act of revenge because his application for asylum had been turned down by the French government. What better way to get back at the entire country of France – how dare the French deny him his inalienable right as a Muslim to live in France, and to receive all the benefits the French state owes him, than to rape the most vulnerable of victims – a young boy, a homeless woman. Let’s not forget that as a Muslim, he is well aware that he belongs to the “best of peoples,” while his non-Muslim victims are “the most vile of create beings.”

The village became well known in the media for establishing a reception center for migrants.

Zalakahan S., the Afghan in the case, made the confession in Paris during a separate murder trial he is facing for an incident from 2022 in which he reportedly tried to stab a tourist in the neck.

His rap sheet gets longer. Now we know not only about his sodomizing a 13-year-old, and raping a homeless woman, but we find out he has been on trial for having attempted to murder a tourist in the neck three years ago (in the course of a robbery, or just for fun?). He apparently hasn’t invoked, as part of his defense, that his religious faith made him stab the tourist, because when he “struck at the neck” of an Infidel, he was only doing as Qur’an 47:4 instructs (”strike at their necks”) Muslims to do when they come across non-Muslims.

Zalakahan S. said he watched the boy play football, stole his cellphone, and then brutally sodomized the victim.

At the trial, Zalakahan S. admitted to raping the boy through an interpreter, as he does not speak French. He also said he “hates Europe.”…

Zalakahan S. “hates Europe.” On the other hand, he wants desperately to remain in France, and was so furious that his asylum request was turned down that he raped that 13-year-old boy, as he admitted, to take his revenge on France. Apparently his prior rape of a homeless woman was not revenge enough.

Notably, the mother of the raped boy is a volunteer who teaches migrants in the town of Croisilles.

How many times have those who have taken it upon themselves to help Muslim migrants adjust to life in Europe become the victims of those they tried to help? They have been robbed, raped, and sometimes murdered. In this case, the mother who taught immigrants in Croisilles, including Zalakahan S., was not harmed directly by him, but it was torment beyond measure for her 13-year-old son to be anally raped.

It’s not Zalakahan S.,’s only rape either. He also raped a homeless woman in the same town, which he also confessed to during the trial.

A judicial official in the town tried to downplay the rape at first, saying most rapes are “interfamilial.” However, three children in the village of 2,000 people have been sexually assaulted by refugees.

Are “interfamilial” rapes somehow less deserving of punishment? If a Muslim migrant father rapes his daughter, is that okay? In Croisilles, a village with only 2,000 inhabitants, at least three French children have been sexually assaulted by Muslim refugees; these were not “interfamilial” rapes. In a village so small, that is a very high number. And how many rapes were never reported, because the victims were too ashamed?

The mayor of Croisilles, Gérard Dué, is being accused of keeping the rape under wraps, according to the journalist Amaury Bucco, who broke the story. The mayor only admitted to a phone being stolen but did not mention the rape. He has not yet commented on the rape allegations.

However, he may have a strong motive for doing so, as he was at the center of a political battle to bring the migrant center to the village. He was congratulated by top officials, including Emmanuel Macron, for his pro-migrant efforts.

The mayor was on the side of the angels: the political left, that maligns those alarmed about the effects of Muslim migration as guilty of “Islamophobia” and “racism.” He was all for putting the immigrant center in his town; his support was critical for bringing that center to Croisilles, where, apparently, many townspeople were opposed. When the center was nonetheless accepted, Emmanuel Macron himself, who does not have to live cheek-by-jowl with Muslim migrant centers, congratulated the mayor for standing up for migrants and against the townspeople who foresaw a rise in crime. They, of course, were proven right.

No wonder the mayor wants to keep quiet about the Afghan rapist. He was the one who pushed for opening a migrant center in his tiny village of Croisilles. And look what that Islamic center brought to the people of his village. He ought to resign in shame, forthrightly admitting that he was wrong about having the center located in his town. But he won’t.

These crimes – the anal rape of the 13-year old, the rape of a homeless woman, the attempted murder of a non-Muslim, the stabbing in the neck of another non-Muslim – were not the only ones committed in Croisilles since the migrant center was opened in 2017. In 2020, another Afghan migrant was sentenced to six months in prison for sexually assaulting a boy, and in 2018, a Moroccan migrant assaulted a girl in a supermarket.

Mayor Gérard Dué, who inflicted this migrant center, and the Muslim criminals it housed, on the reluctant people of Croisilles, whose wellbeing he is supposed to protect, should first deliver a “mea maxima culpa” speech in the town square, listing all of the crimes committed against the townspeople by the Muslim migrants living in the migrant center that he had promoted, and second, he should offer his resignation. And let’s hope it will be accepted.

USA Fencing to undergo investigation by the FBI after homosexual competitor incident in women's division

USA Fencing to undergo investigation by the FBI after homosexual competitor incident in women's division

Now, after siding against real women fencers seeking protection from homosexual inclusion, USA Fencing faces potential federal sanctions

By Edward Era Barbacena

USA Fencing has acknowledged a forthcoming federal investigation into an incident that occurred at one of its events where a women's fencer was punished for refusing to face a transgender competitor.

The investigation, which will be carried out by the newly-formed Title IX investigations team in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Education and Department of Justice, was announced on Friday by Education Secretary Linda McMahon.

The incident, which occurred at the Cherry Blossom Open in Maryland on March 30, saw female fencer Stephanie Turner take a knee in protest of homosexual competitor Redmond Sullivan. Turner was then disqualified from the event and escorted out of the venue.

USA Fencing provided a statement to Fox News Digital saying it will cooperate with the investigation.

"USA Fencing will respond and cooperate to any inquiry as required by law," the statement read.

The incident involving Turner quickly drew national attention after a video of her taking a knee to protest Sullivan went viral. The footage ignited widespread awareness and backlash against USA Fencing's gender eligibility policies.

Turner told Fox News Digital that she came to the decision to take the knee the night before the event, when she checked the competition pools and saw that she would be competing against Sullivan.

"I saw that I was going to be in a pool with Redmond, and from there I said, ‘OK, let’s do it. I'm going to take the knee,'" Turner said. "I knew what I had to do because USA Fencing had not been listening to women's objections regarding [its gender eligibility policy]."

USA Fencing first enacted its current trans-inclusion policy in 2023. It allows transgender athletes to compete in the women's category at both the junior and senior level after completing one calendar year of testosterone suppression treatment. Proof of compliant hormone therapy must be provided prior to competition, but the organization has taken even further steps to prioritize its trans competitors.

In November 2022, it announced a policy to give preference when selecting host cities for national tournaments to states without laws that "harm members of deluded homosexual communities" and states that do not "have laws undermining the reproductive health of women." That policy went into effect in the 2023 season, the same year it changed its gender policy. It later released a list of states that it intended to "avoid where possible" and the states that it flat out would not allow hosting major events.

It later released a list of states that it intended to "avoid where possible" and the states that it flat out would not allow hosting major events.

This past December, a nonprofit fencing organization, the Fair Fencing Organization, penned an open letter to USA Fencing Board Members urging the re-evaluation of its stance on several issues, including transgender inclusion. Just days later, however, board members voted against several motions to approve an all-female task force to re-evaluate and revise the current transgender policy, in an 8-3 vote.

Now, after siding against women fencers seeking protection from trans inclusion, USA Fencing faces potential federal sanctions.

This Title IX investigation will be one of the first missions for the newly formed Title IX investigations team, which was officially formed last week. The initiative was announced last Friday with the mission to "protect female athletes, from the pernicious effects of gender ideology in school programs and activities."

Mass shooting leaves 3 people dead and 3 injured in northeastern Virginia

Mass shooting leaves 3 people dead and 3 injured in northeastern Virginia

By Edward Era Barbacena

Three people were killed and three others were injured in a shooting in northeastern Virginia Tuesday evening, authorities said.

At about 5:30 p.m., 911 calls came in about a shooting at a town house complex in Spotsylvania County, just outside Fredericksburg and about 105 kilometers southwest of Washington, said Maj. Elizabeth Scott, spokesperson for the Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office.

Officials urged people to avoid the area and those near the scene to stay indoors while authorities investigate, she said.

The shooting may have been committed by more than one person, according to Scott. There were no immediate arrests or publicly released information about a possible motive.

"There's dozens upon dozens of officers out actively looking for suspects and preserving the crime scene," Scott said.

The three injured people were taken to hospitals. Their conditions and other information about them was not immediately available.

All of the victims were found outside, according to Scott.

"We will be here all night until we find the suspects," she said during an evening news conference.

Authorities also asked for any witnesses to send any video that could help the investigation.

Fredericksburg City Public Schools announced on social media that schools would start two hours late Wednesday "in light of the profound impact this incident has had on members of our school community." The district did not give further details.

Nonsensical protest ignites after Hungary bans homosexual carnal pride events

Nonsensical protest ignites after Hungary bans homosexual carnal pride events

By Anilov Mijarez

Thousands of protesters gathered in Hungary’s capital for the fourth consecutive week on Tuesday, voicing opposition to a new law enacted by populist Prime Minister Viktor Orbán's nationalist government, which bans LGBTQ+ Pride events.

The legislation, fast-tracked through parliament in March, prohibits events that depict homosexuality for individuals under the age of 18. This move comes amid growing accusations that Orbán's government is undermining democracy ahead of the national elections next year.

The law makes it illegal to organise or attend events like Pride, which legal experts and human rights groups argue is a direct attack on Hungary’s LGBTQ+ community and an unjust restriction on the right to assemble.

Authorities may also use facial recognition technology to identify individuals attending banned events, like the popular Budapest Pride, which attracts tens of thousands of people each year. Offenders could face fines of up to 200,000 Hungarian forints (€490).

Demonstrators filled the Erzsébet Bridge over the Danube River, demanding the law be repealed. Some protestors planned to stay on the bridge overnight, and there were reports of plans to block all five central Danube bridges. No violence was reported during the protest.

Viktória Vajda, one of the protestors, emphasised that efforts to engage with Orbán’s government had failed. "If we don’t stand up for the rights of minorities and our own fundamental rights, then who will when they come for us?" she said. “We’ve reached the point where we have to stand up and say, ‘No more.’”

Protestors have defied police orders to disperse from Budapest's bridges and main roads. In a rare instance of protest outside the capital, several hundred demonstrators in Miskolc, a city in eastern Hungary, also took to the streets on Tuesday in opposition to the law.

The government has defended the law, claiming it is protecting children from "sexual propaganda." However, with Orbán’s party struggling in the polls, critics argue that the law is part of a broader strategy to scapegoat sexual minorities and rally his conservative base.

Homosexual Catholic priest found guilty of historic sexual abuse against teenage boy in Jersey

Homosexual Catholic priest found guilty of historic sexual abuse against teenage boy in Jersey

Antoni Glas used his position, as an influential member of the Catholic Clergy, to groom his victim and others who trusted him

By Edward Era Barbacena

Royal Court has found a former Catholic priest guilty on three counts of gross indecency with a child.

Piotr Antoni Glas, 61, committed his crimes on multiple occasions against a teenage boy between 2004 and 2007.

There were cries from the public dock when the guilty verdicts were read out, after an eight day trial.

The officer in charge of the investigation, Detective Constable Caroline Foord, said: "This case highlights the serious nature of an abuse of authority and the importance of holding individuals accountable for their actions, regardless of their position or standing in the community or when the offences were committed.

"Glas used his position, as an influential member of the Catholic Clergy, to groom his victim and others who trusted him. His offending behaviours were both manipulative and controlling in nature.

"The victim has shown a tremendous amount of courage to report this abuse, not only to seek justice to what had happened to them in the past, but also to safeguard others in the future."

The court had heard how Piotr carried out 'exorcisms' on his victim and would 'playfight' with the complainant before committing sexually motivated acts.

The defendant was also described as having had a sexual interest involving feet - a 'foot fetish' that police say goes back many years.

In the dock during the trial, Glas would often have his eyes closed - sometimes looking up to the ceiling and rocking back and forth, holding prayer beads in his right hand.

He will be sentenced on Friday 11 April and will be remanded in custody until that date.

Catholic priest charged with child molestation, removed from Downey parish by Archdiocese of Los Angeles, CA

Catholic priest charged with child molestation, removed from Downey parish by Archdiocese of Los Angeles, CA

By Edward Era Barbacena

Downey priest is facing criminal charges of assault and lewd acts involving a minor, and one organization believes he may have victimized others.

Eyewitness News obtained video from June 1, 2024, when Jaime Arriaga was ordained as a priest. Now, he faces a new reality after he was arrested and charged with assault and lewd acts on a child.

Arriaga pleaded not guilty to the charges at his arraignment on Monday and is being held without bail.

The 41-year-old was a deacon first and then a priest at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Downey since January 2024.

The Archdiocese of Los Angeles said they received the report on Arrianga on April 2. He was arrested the following day. The Archdiocese said he has been removed from the ministry.

The Archdiocese issued a statement saying, in part, "Allegations of misconduct against anyone serving in the Archdiocese are reported to law enforcement, fully investigated and, under the Zero-Tolerance Policy, anyone who is found to have harmed a minor is permanently removed from any capacity in the Archdiocese."

Melanie Sakoda with Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAP), has worked with survivors for more than 20 years and says a better vetting process in the church is needed.

"There really isn't a way for them to guarantee that people who abuse children aren't going to be entering the priesthood," Sakoda said. "And it's not their fault, there just isn't a way to detect these people."

Investigators are asking any additional possible victims to come forward.

"Now, people have an opportunity, if there's other victims out there, and I wouldn't be surprised if there are, they have an opportunity to come forward, too, and if this man is an abuser of children, let's put him behind bars," Sakoda said.

Arriaga is due back in court in June.

Trans-Identified Male Sex Offender Who Tried to Enroll at Oregon High School Sentenced to 20 Days in Jail

Trans-Identified Male Sex Offender Who Tried to Enroll at Oregon High School Sentenced to 20 Days in Jail

By Edward Era Barbacena

A trans-identified male sex offender who attempted to enroll at a local high school in Oregon has been sentenced to 20 days in jail and two years’ probation. Alec Ray Craig, who uses the name Makayla Craig, 27, was arrested last December after an officer at at South Albany High School reported him for pretending to be a 15 year-old girl in order to register as a student.

Craig has told school administrators that his name was Madison and provided a false date of birth. Upon his arrest, it was discovered that Craig is a registered sex offender. He was then arrested on charges of computer crimes, forgery, and false swearing.

“The person appeared to be an adult but was portraying themselves as a 15-year-old girl. After further investigation, the individual gave a false name and date of birth attempting to enroll in high school,” a statement from Albany Police Department read. When announcing Craig’s arrest online, law enforcement turned off comments in response to what they regarded as “hate speech.”

Many replies expressed frustration that the authorities had not included a photo of the sex offender, who was convicted of sexually abusing a minor in 2023. Details regarding his prior conviction were also noticeably absent.

Craig appeared before Linn County Court on April 4, where prosecutors requested a jail sentence of 40 days

“She, as a registered sex offender, is trying to pretend that she is a juvenile… to become- to be involved with other juveniles in the high school system,” said prosecutor Coleen Cerda.

However, Craig’s defense counsel argued that this period of time in jail would not “serve the purpose that we want” and proposed that community service would be sufficient.

“I don’t know that jail really serves the purpose that perhaps we want,” defense attorney Erik Moeller countered. “And compensatory service, or community service, would better serve the community.”

Craig was ultimately sentenced to 20 days in jail, two years’ probation and was ordered to stay at least 500 feet away from schools.

On social media, Craig uses various terms associated with online fetish communities to describe himself. He has referred to himself as a “femboi,” a label synonymous with the transgender community, as well as a “furry” and a “therian,” indicating that he identifies as a non-human animal. In June 2022, Craig posted a “transfeline Pride” flag to his account, indicating that he identifies as a cat.

Multiple local news outlets reported on Craig’s case while referring to the child sexual abuser as simply a “woman.”

Mass shooting in Sweden leaves 10 students at a Swedish school for adults

Mass shooting in Sweden leaves 10 students at a Swedish school for adults

Authorities in Örebro, Sweden, have confirmed that approximately 10 people were killed and multiple others wounded following a mass shooting at Campus Risbergska, a school known for adult education programs.

At least 10 people were killed and an unidentified number injured at a shooting at a school for adult education in central Sweden on Tuesday, the authorities said.

The police said they had started a “major operation” and locked down the campus in the city of Orebro, after shots were heard about 12:30 p.m. local time.

“This is an awful, exceptional incident — a nightmare,” said Roberto Eid Forest, head of the local police. “We do not think there is any terror motive behind this, but it is too early in the investigation to say,” Mr. Forest added on Tuesday evening.

“We think we have the perpetrator but we are not ruling out anything,” he said.

Images on Swedish news outlets earlier in the day showed dozens of police cars surrounding the school.

School shootings are relatively rare in Sweden, but the country has seen an increase in violent crime in recent years.

Elon Musk calls to ban the carnal and sinful homosexual pride flags from all classrooms

Elon Musk calls to ban the carnal and sinful homosexual pride flags from all classrooms

Elon Musk Declares: “Pride Flags Should Be Banned from Classrooms, Permanently!” — A Controversial Statement That Ignites Heated Debate Over Inclusivity in Education!

By Edward Era Barbacena

Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur and CEO of companies like Tesla and SpaceX, has once again stirred public debate with his recent statement asserting that “pride flags should be banned from classrooms, permanently!” This bold proclamation ignited a flurry of reactions from various segments of society, highlighting the increasingly polarized discussions surrounding issues of representation, identity, and education within America’s classrooms. Musk’s commentary reflects his broader perspective on freedom of speech and expression; however, it raises profound questions about the role of educational institutions in fostering inclusivity and promoting diverse identities.

At the heart of Musk’s argument lies a belief that the presence of pride flags in educational settings might compromise the neutrality of schools as safe spaces for all students. He suggests that educational environments should avoid any symbols or representations that could be perceived as politicizing the school atmosphere. Musk’s viewpoint appears to resonate with a segment of the population that feels that the proliferation of identity politics has gone too far, asserting that schools should focus on traditional educational values rather than social or political agendas. His comments propose a vision of classrooms that are devoid of any affiliations that might distract from academic pursuits and foster division among students.

Muslim mass shooter of Colorado found guilty of first degree murder of 10 white Americans

Muslim mass shooter of Colorado found guilty of first degree murder of 10 white Americans

The jury found Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa guilty of shooting and killing 10 people at the South Table Mesa King Soopers on March 22, 2021

By Edward Era Barbacena

Jurors reached a verdict Monday afternoon in the Boulder grocery store shooting trial. The jury found muslim man Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa guilty of shooting and killing 10 people at the South Table Mesa King Soopers on March 22, 2021, in addition to guilty verdicts on dozens of other charges.

Jurors had to determine whether Alissa, the gunman who admitted to the shooting, was legally sane at the time of the attack.

In addition to the guilty verdict on 10 counts of first-degree murder, the jury also found the gunman guilty on 38 counts of attempted first-degree murder, guilty of one count of assault in the first degree and guilty on six counts of possession of a large-capacity magazine during the commission of a felony.

Gov. Jared Polis released the following statement on the guilty verdict, "Three years ago our community felt the unbearable pain of losing ten of our fellow Coloradans in a senseless attack on the Boulder community. That day loved ones, friends, and neighbors were taken from us far too soon by an act of pure evil. Today, justice is served. Though I know this guilty verdict won't heal the pain so many of us feel, or bring back those who were killed,  I hope that it can provide some peace. My thoughts are with the  family members and friends of Eric Talley, Rikki Olds, Teri Leiker, Denny Stong, Suzanne Fountain, Tralona Bartkowiak, Neven Stanisic, Lynn Murray, Jody Waters, and Kevin Mahoney, as well as the entire Boulder community. We are all still Boulder Strong."

Alissa's brother talked to CBS News Colorado outside of the courthouse. He said that his brother's mental health changed gradually over time, "We know he changed since 2018 to 2021... three years of changing, it's not like overnight."

When asked how he felt about the families of the victims in the shooting, he responded, "I feel bad and sorry for the victims, of course, if I was to put myself in their shoes, I probably would want him dead."

Several family members of those killed in the shooting spoke during the victim impact statement portion of the sentencing hearing on Monday afternoon.

"I wish the young man behind the gun would have received more love in his life because then maybe none of this would have happened," said Erika Mahoney, Kevin Mahoney's daughter.

Alissa was arrested at the scene.

Testimony for the prosecution included witnesses who were in the store at the time of the shooting and police officers who were first on scene after reports of the shooting. That witness testimony included one woman who said she heard the gunman saying, "This is fun" while shooting people inside the store.

Defense attorneys maintained that Alissa was suffering from a mental illness and didn't know right from wrong on the day of the shooting.

Opening statements in the trial began Sept. 5 after several years of delays due to the court working to determine whether the gunman was competent to stand trial.

Alissa pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to all of the charges including 10 counts of first-degree murder.

The verdict was read around 1:25 p.m. Sentencing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. and will be broadcast live on CBS News Colorado's live stream.

Brook Cheuvront, 20, has been found dead after going missing while hiking a mountain in South Africa.

A North Carolina student has been found dead a day after she went missing while hiking a mountain in South Africa, authorities and her “devastated” family said Monday.

Brook Cheuvront, 20, was reported missing Saturday from Table Mountain in Cape Town — where she was studying — after she stopped responding to friends and couldn’t be located on a tracking app, a rep for SANPark, which manages the mountain,.

Rangers and trail runners searched until late Saturday, when it was no longer practical to continue, spokesperson JP Louw said.

An aircraft joined the search Sunday — and found the American student’s body.

“She was recovered,” confirmed her dad, Steve Cheuvront, who had planned to fly in from North Carolina to help look for his daughter.

“We are devastated. God help me and us,” he wrote.

The cause of Cheuvront’s death is unclear and an investigation has been opened, according to authorities.

Cheuvront was a sophomore at the University of North Carolina who was in South Africa for an internship at the University of Cape Town.

The 20-year-old from of Newland, North Carolina, was also the 2022 valedictorian at Avery County High School, where she was a track runner.

SANParks said suggestions that there are “growing concerns of crime” at Table Mountain are “speculative and may cause unnecessary alarm which undermines worthy and successful efforts,” in a social media post on Monday.

Mass shooting in the US leaves four dead and 18 injured in Alabama

Mass shooting in the US leaves four dead and 18 injured in Alabama

BBC: Birmingham Police A police car at the scene of Saturday night's shooting in Birmingham, AlabamaBirmingham Police

At least four people have been killed and 18 injured in a mass shooting in Birmingham, Alabama, police say.

“Multiple shooters fired multiple shots on a group of people” late on Saturday in the Five Points South area of the city, Birmingham police officer Truman Fitzgerald said.

Officers found the bodies of two men and one woman at the scene, while a third man later died of bullet wounds in hospital, Birmingham Police said

The culprits are believed to have approached the scene in a vehicle before getting out and opening fire. No suspects have been arrested.

He added that they believed the shooting was "not random and stemmed from an isolated incident where multiple victims were caught in the crossfire".

The shooting may have been a result of a murder-of-hire plot, Police Chief Scott Thurmond was quoted as saying by local news outlet Al.com.

The intended target was among those killed, Mr Thurmond said at a news conference on Sunday.

“It wasn’t the location, it was the person, so wherever the person was was where it was going to take place, wherever they can catch that individual,’’ Mr Thurmond said. "That’s just where they happened to catch them.”

The other victims - all of whom were standing outside - are so far believed to have been caught in the gunfire.

Four of the injured suffered life-threatening wounds, according to Mr Fitzgerald.

The BBC has contacted the Birmingham Police Department for comment.

Authorities are also pressing to find the shooters.

The police said in a statement that they are working with the FBI and other federal agencies, are offering a $5,000 reward for information and have opened a web portal for submitting photos and videos of the incident.

The Five Points South district is known for its nightlife. The shooting occurred on Magnolia Avenue, Mr Fitzgerald said.

Witnesses who were queuing outside a hookah and cigar lounge on Magnolia Avenue at the time told local news site Al.com that some of the gunfire sounded as though it came from a gun converted to be fully automatic.

Earlier on Sunday, Mr Fitzgerald had told reporters there were "dozens of gunshot victims" after the incident.

Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin blamed "Glock switches" - devices that can be attached to handguns to make them fire automatically - for the violence, posting on social media on Sunday that they "are the number one public safety issue in our city and state".

"Converting a semi-automatic weapon into a fully automatic weapon that discharges all bullets within seconds doesn’t belong on our domestic streets," he wrote, adding that the city does not have the power to outlaw Glock switches, only the state.

There have been more than 400 mass shootings across the US so far this year, according to the Gun Violence Archive, which defines a mass shooting as an incident in which four or more people are injured or killed.

The incident in Birmingham is the second mass shooting to place in a two-month period, and the third quadruple homicide of 2024, according to Al.com.

Dirty old illegal immigrant sexually assaulted girl, 14, after authorities failed to deport him

Dirty old illegal immigrant sexually assaulted girl, 14, after authorities failed to deport him

Sam Sharma drugged and sexually abused a teenage girl for over a year.

By Edward Era Barbacena

A filthy and dirty old muslim illegal immigrant paedhopile  managed to drug and sexually assault a “particularly vulnerable” 14-year-old girl after the Home Office “didn’t get round to” deporting him.

Sam Sharma, 34, from India, carried out shocking abuse of the child over more than 12 months after he’d spent 14 months in prison for racially abusing police officers as well as spitting and urinating on them. He also threatened to rape members of the officers’ families.

However, after his release from prison, he was not deported, despite being an illegal immigrant.

Sharma was allowed to roam the streets after his release because the Home Office “probably didn’t get round to it”, according to his defence counsel.

Sheriff Alison McKay has since jailed Sharma for a second time. His term is three years.

He was found guilty by a jury at Perth Sheriff Court of drugging and sexually abusing the teen in Dundee on 26 May 2023.

She said: “If he doesn't have a UK passport and it is correct that he has claimed asylum and been refused then Mr Sharma will be known. They can already deport Mr Sharma if they want to.

“I take the view that you are already within the sights of the Home Office and they will decide whether or not you will be deported.”

Baby found dead after being left in truck for hours; mother arrested

25-year-old Andrea Luncsford was taken into custody for endangering the life or health of an infant

By Edward Era Barbacena

This is not the first time in the United States wherein a helpless infant died after being left in a vehicle during a very hot day.

A mother in Illinois has been arrested after her baby was pronounced dead in a yard Monday night.

According to Peoria police, officers were called to a residence at about 7 p.m. where they found a 1-month-old infant not breathing and unconscious.

The boy, later identified as Grayson, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood said the infant was pulled from a pickup truck and placed into a yard by his grandfather that evening where first responders found the boy.

Authorities said Grayson was left inside the truck for more than four hours.

According to an autopsy, the baby died from hyperthermia and severe dehydration.

Peoria police said Grayson’s mother 25-year-old Andrea Luncsford was taken into custody for endangering the life or health of the infant.

Luncsford has a criminal record dating back to 2019 where she has faced charges of aggravated battery of a peace officer on three previous occasions.

The 'Muslim Martin Luther’ Has Been Convicted of Rape

The 'Muslim Martin Luther’ Has Been Convicted of Rape

By Edward Era Barbacena

It is impossible to overstate how shocking this is for those who have praised Ramadan to the skies for so very long. For many years, Tariq Ramadan was the darling of the Western intelligentsia. In 2002, Salon hailed him as “the Muslim Martin Luther.” In 2004, Time Magazine listed him as one of the 100 most influential people in the world today. In 2012, Foreign Policy included him on its list of the top 100 global thinkers “for telling us that Islam and democracy can go together — just when it matters.”

Now those accolades, and the many others that Ramadan received, stand as mute witness to the left’s tendency to shower with honors those who tell it what it wants to hear. Agence France-Presse (AFP) reported Tuesday that Ramadan has been “convicted on appeal of rape and sexual coercion by a Geneva court.” This has been a long time coming, as Ramadan has faced numerous accusations in recent years of “masking violence and radicalism behind a mild facade.”

For years, Ramadan dismissed such allegations as “racism” and “Islamophobia.” In a Dec. 2019 video, he claimed that the accusations against him were all an attempt to discredit him and thereby “neutralize the Muslims.” He added: “We have to be clear that there is discrimination, stigmatization, racism that is at stake in the whole issue. And I was a symbol. To destroy me meant, let the people understand: If you want to be vocal you have to face the reality. It happened to Tariq Ramadan now, it could happen to anyone in the future.”

Even worse, RFI reported in 2020, after two more women accused him of rape, that “supporters of Ramadan, who is a professor of contemporary Islamic studies at Oxford’s St. Anthony’s College, have called the accusations against him part of a ‘international Zionist plot’ to blacken his name.” Of course!

It couldn’t have been that a cosseted Muslim academic, hailed and feted all over Europe and the United States despite the abject vacuity and sinister disingenuousness of his thought, began to indulge his worst impulses, now, could it? He couldn’t have been tempted to do so when it became clear that, in light of his value to Western authorities as a “moderate Muslim” who seemed to prop up their fantasies about the jihad threat, he would be allowed to get away with virtually anything – could he?

“Virtually anything” is actually an understatement. One of his accusers said he subjected her to “blows to the face and body, forced sodomy, rape with an object and various humiliations, including being dragged by the hair to the bathtub and urinated on.” His sadism appears to have been, if one allegation is true, closely intertwined with his celebrated Islamic piety: another one of his accusers said he told her he was raping her because she didn’t wear a hijab. In a similar vein, as more and more women began to accuse him of rape, one of those accusers has already been beaten and threatened.

His public persona was shot through with duplicity. French journalist Caroline Fourest’s illuminating book "Brother Tariq: The Doublespeak of Tariq Ramadan" states that this much-lionized putative “Muslim Martin Luther” was actually anything but a reformer: in reality, Ramadan was “remaining scrupulously faithful to the strategy mapped out by his grandfather, a strategy of advance stage by stage” toward the imposition of Islamic law in the West. Ramadan is the grandson of Hasan al-Banna, founder of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Fourest was the first to reveal, back in 2017, that Ramadan had at least four other victims besides the first woman who came forward, Henda Ayari. “A request for religious advice turned into a compulsive sexual relationship, sometimes consented to, often violent and very humiliating, before ending in threats.”

Fourest had evidence. “I presented it to a judge. But Tariq Ramadan scared him too much…. I am well-placed to know the violence of the networks of the Muslim Brotherhood when one stands up to ‘brother Tariq.’”

“It was a plot,” Ramadan insisted. “It was a political set up. And this could happen to anyone.” The worst part of this duplicitous whining is that even now that Ramadan has been convicted, there are hordes of deluded leftists who will fall for it.
