The three feral muslim migrants from Pakistan were located and brought to the Mykonos Security Sub-Directorate on August 24 and in fact during their examination they admitted to the act of rape, while their mobile phones have been sent to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.

At the same time, as happens in these cases, samples of biological material were taken in order to identify them. However, the issue is why the Pakistanis were released.

The information says that the Pakistanis were taken to the Syros public prosecutor's office, however they were released because the results from the forensic laboratories have not come out, which is expected to happen in the next few days.

Thus, there is a visible risk that the alleged perpetrators will leave the country whenever they want until the results are out, as there is no restraining order. It is worth emphasizing that the video that the authorities have in their hands is not clear and does not show rape.

The case unfolded on June 30 but the perpetrators remained unknown until noon last Saturday 

After an evaluation of video footage and witness statements, it emerged that the perpetrators of the rape are three people of Pakistani origin.

In fact, the foreigners were brought to the island's security department and confessed their act. The police confiscated for examination two mobile phones in their possession, as well as biological material that was sent for examination and identification to forensic laboratories.
