Racist Italian man annoyed by noise fatally shot Peruvian man who was celebrating the birth of his son.

A man died after being hit by an arrow. The case was registered in Italy on Wednesday . The Peruvian victim was celebrating the birth of her son when she was hit by the arrow.

According to local media, a neighbor was annoyed by the noise the victim was making while partying and therefore would have hit him with a bow.

The victim has been identified as 41yearold Javier Alfredo Miranda Romero. At the time of the crime, Romero was out with friends and on his way home.

When he got to the building where he was staying, he decided to speak to a friend, but the neighbor identified as Evaristo Scalco, 63, was disturbed by the noise and hit the victim with the arrow.

According to witnesses, Scalco fired several racist speeches at Javier before hitting him with the arrow. Javier was taken to the local hospital, where doctors found his liver had been punctured.

Doctors tried to find a donor, but the victim succumbed to his injuries and died. As a witness, Scalco said he came in from work and was woken up by the noise of Javier’s celebration.

“I looked outside and I saw a group of people urinating, I yelled at them but they ignored me, I took the bow and I shot but I didn’t mean to kill anyone,” Scalco said.

Police found about 60 arrows and three bows at Scalco’s home, the items were confiscated and authorities launched an investigation.

According to the Peruvian consulate, Javier has lived in Italy for 26 years. Scalco is being held in custody on suspicion of murder and aggravated racism at a local jail.
