According to police, Heiry Calvi and the student became close to each other when she started tutoring him at home in 2020.

A Florida WHITE  teacher charged with having sex with a 15-year-old student is now pregnant — but she won’t say who the father is, according to a report.

Heiry Calvi, 41, was arrested last Thursday for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with the male student at JC Bermudez Doral Senior High School, the Miami Herald reports.

Calvi told police after being taken into custody that she was pregnant but refused to say how far along she is or the father’s identity.

The teacher has been on leave since March when police were first tipped off after students reported seeing videos of Calvi allegedly having sex with the teenager.

Police said there was also an audio recording of the teen telling another person to deny knowing about his alleged relationship with Calvi.

The teacher had previously taught the teen when he attended John I. Smith K-8 Center middle school, which shares the same campus as the high school, police said.

Calvi and the teen allegedly became close when she started tutoring him at his home late last year, according to authorities.

In a statement following her arrest, a spokesperson for the Miami-Dade school district said they were “disturbed” by the allegations.

“When the District was apprised of these allegations in March, the employee was immediately reassigned to a non-school site location,” the spokesperson said.

“The District will begin employment termination proceedings and will ensure the individual is prevented from seeking future employment with this school system.”

Calvi is charged with lewd and lascivious battery; electronic transmission harmful to minors; unlawful use of a communications device; child neglect; offenses against students by authority figures; contributing to delinquency and possession of a firearm on school property.

She was released on a $39,000 bond on Saturday.
