The Cavite Police Provincial Office said alleged gunman Joseph Llagas and his companion Aries Carlos surrendered to Cavite Gov. Juanito Victor Remulla

By Edward Era Barbacena

The two suspects behind the shooting of a traffic enforcer in Tanza surrendered to Gov. Jonvic Remulla at the Cavite Provincial Capitol on Tuesday, May 30.

The Tanza Municipal Police Station (MPS) told the Manila Bulletin that Joseph T. Llagas and Aries P. Carlos are now under police custody.

In a media interview, Remulla said the suspects approached Tanza Vice Mayor SM Matro and Daang Amaya II Barangay Captain Cindy Arguson to coordinate their surrender.

“Nasa Tanza rin sila, nagpaalam sila sa kanilang kapitana sa Barangay Amaya II, sila’y pumunta rin sa Vice Mayor namin doon. Ininform ako kagabi na gusto nilang mag-surrender. Pero hindi na sila nagtago nang malayo, naghanap kaagad nang paraan kung paano sila magsu-surrender (They stayed in Tanza, they talked to the captain of Barangay Amaya II and went to the Vice Mayor. They informed me last night that they would like to surrender. But they did not hide somewhere far, they immediately looked for a way to surrender),” Remulla said.

On May 28, Llagas got into a heated argument with traffic enforcer William Mentes Quiambao, who apprehended him for driving a motorcycle under the influence of alcohol.

Llagas allegedly shot Quiambao and fled the crime scene on his motorcycle along with Carlos.

The victim was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival due to multiple gunshot wounds.

On May 29, the Tanza local government unit (LGU) offered a P100,000 cash reward for information that would lead to the arrest of Llagas and Carlos.

American clothing company Kohl’s faces shopper uproar after becoming latest retailer to market ungodly pro-homosexual clothing to children:

American clothing company Kohl’s faces shopper uproar after becoming latest retailer to market ungodly pro-homosexual clothing to children:

'Disgusting'Several bodysuits designed for newborn babies featured LGBTQ messaging

By Edward Era Barbacena

Shoppers are criticizing Kohl's after the department store became the latest major retailer to sell LGBTQ clothing for infants and young kids.

Various social media accounts posted a plethora of Pride Month merchandise, including a "Baby Sonoma Community Pride Bodysuit set" designed for 3-month, 6-month and 9-month-old kids. The outfit depicts what appears to be a lesbian couple with a dog and three children, including a young boy in a wheelchair. One of the adults in the drawing carries a progressive pride flag.

Other merchandise includes a "Love Is Love" banner, towels, bibs, candles, shorts, and pillows.

Several other clothing items can also be found, including shirts that say, "Be Proud" and "Ask Me My Pronouns."

The homosexual Pride display and associated products were initially highlighted by the Twitter account "End Wokeness," which posted pictures of several items alongside the caption, "Looks like Kohl's didn't learn a thing from Bud Lite and Target."

TPUSA contributor and influencer Morgonnn slammed the Pride merchandise in a video posted Sunday, calling Kohl's sale of LGBTQ clothing for children "disgusting" and "blatant virtue signaling" to promote "transgender ideology" to young Americans.

"Pride for babies at @Kohls. Why does Kohls support gay and trans people demanding validation from babies? Why do they want to associate babies with sexuality?" skateboarder Taylor Silverman asked.

Several users even called for a boycott of the company.

"Looks like another company needing Bud-lighting!" one user said.

Kohl's Corporation has seen its stock plummet over the last year, sinking by over 50% due to various worrying signs. In July 2022, the stock dropped almost 21% after the retailer revealed it had ended a potential deal to be acquired by Franchise Group and warned of a decline in sales exacerbated by a drop in consumer spending.

Kohl's did not return Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Several major American corporations recently saw substantial market share losses after marketing products promoting LGBTQ topics and influencers to younger demographics.

Just two weeks ago, Target found itself at the center of controversy after customer uproar surrounding the big box retail chain's Pride merchandise collection displayed in stores across the U.S.

Among its products available in stores include one-piece swimsuits featuring "tuck-friendly construction" and "extra crotch coverage" as well as mugs that say "gender-fluid."

A Target insider told Fox News Digital that many locations, mostly in rural areas of the South, have relocated Pride sections to avoid the kind of backlash Bud Light has received in recent weeks after using a transgender influencer in a promotional campaign.

Target's market shares have slipped more 12.6% since the furor erupted as tracked by Dow Jones Market Data Group. That amounts to nearly $10B market value.

Target loses $10B in 10 days as stocks fall following boycott over pro-homosexual kids clothing

Target faces backlash over its latest homosexual “PRIDE” collection featuring Pride-themed clothing.

By Edward Era Barbacena

Target has lost $10 billion in market valuation over the last 10 days as the popular retailer continues to face backlash over its Pride-themed clothing line for children.

A week ago Wednesday, Target enjoyed its stock value at $160.96 a share, but following the calls to boycott the Minneapolis-based retailer over its “PRIDE” collection, the value plummeted and closed Friday at $138.93 a share.

The nearly 14% drop in value for the blue chip stock roughly translates to a $10.1 billion loss in valuation to just $64.2 billion for Target, which has nearly 2,000 stores nationwide.

The plummet stands as the retailer’s lowest stock price in nearly three years.

The last time the company saw a drop nearly this big came in 2022 after the stocks equalized following an unprecedented surge during the COVID pandemic.

Target, which has been caught in the middle of America’s culture wars over gender, moved its Pride section in some Southern stores away from the front last week after it said displays were knocked over by protesters, who also confronted workers.

The retailer also said it would remove items from the collection, but did not specify which ones.

Among the ones that garnered the most attention were “tuck-friendly” women’s swimsuits that allow trans women who have not had gender-affirming operations to conceal their genitalia, as well as rainbow-themed children’s clothing.

While many have likened the conservative boycott against Target to that of Bud Light – which saw sales crash after partnering with deluded homosexual influencer Dylan Mulvaney – Texas Sen. Ted Cruz doubted the backlash against the retailer would be as impactful.

Speaking on his podcast Friday, the Republican said that while multiple alternatives exist to replace Anheuser-Busch’s brands, the same is not so for Target.

He instead compared the retailer to Disney, which suffered backlash after speaking out against Florida’s so-called “Don’t Say Gay” law last year, but continues to be a financial giant.

“You can be annoyed at Disney but if your kids really want to go to Disney World, that can be hard to say no to. There are not a lot of alternatives. There’s Six Flags but Disney World is a pretty unique offering,” Cruz said.

“There’s only one Snow White or Cinderella or Toy Story from Pixar. That is a difficult product for many people to give up permanently.”

The Texas politician said the efforts against Target could quickly wilt because “historically, conservatives have typically been not very good at boycotts.”

Target CEO Brian Cornell has defended the pro-homosexual merchandise, saying selling them was “the right thing for society.”

Target didn’t immediately return a request for comment Sunday.

Horrendous moment motorcyclist flies through the air after ploughing head-on into a car that is overtaking on a bend

Horrendous moment motorcyclist flies through the air after ploughing head-on into a car that is overtaking on a bend

By Edward Era Barbacena

This is the horrific moment a motorcyclist is hit head on by an overtaking car.

Dashcam footage from the car in front of the offending Mitsubishi Adventure shows the moment of impact on the Marcos highway flyover in Baguio City in the Philippines.

The people in the car are happily listening to the radio as they drive along the two-way street when they suddenly see a car to the left of them trying to overtake, despite the double yellow lines, as a motorbike hurtles down that side of the road.

The group shriek in horror as the action unfolds before them.

The motorcyclist, who has not been identified, crashes head on into the MPV and is hurled into the windscreen.

He spins into the air like a rag doll and his helmet flies off him. He is vertical as his head smacks into the ground before he falls motionless to the tarmac.

'Oh my God! Oh my God' the girls in the car filming scream.

However it seems they are not intending to help the injured man as they start to drive off but are hindered by approaching traffic driving towards them.

The Mitsubishi Adventure blocks the right lane, in front of the victim's body.

However another passing motorcyclist stops and comes over to the man. He crouches over him before deciding to approach the motorist.

The driver emerges with his hands on his head, whether in injury or horror and shock it is not known. The two talk as the group in the car panic and end the recording.

Roman Nuki Santos uploaded the clip to Facebook but did not film the video himself. It has now been shared over 22,000 times.

According to FHM, Santos was told by Carlu Bueno, a nurse at Baguio General Hospital that the rider was still alive although he suffered an open arm fracture.

Target Receives Bomb Threat For ‘Turning Its Back’ On American Homosexual Community

Target Receives Bomb Threat For ‘Turning Its Back’ On American Homosexual Community

By Edward Era Barbacena

A Target location in Utah was evacuated on Friday after the store received a bomb threat. Five additional stores were also threatened in Ohio and Pennsylvania through an email that said,” We will continue to bomb your Targets until you stop cowering and bring back your LBGT merchandise,” according to a report from Cleveland 19.

A Target location in Layton, Utah was evacuated on Friday after receiving multiple threats, KUTV reported. The threat was three sentences long and came from a “bogus email address,” Sgt. John Ottesen of the Layton Police Department told reporters.

Elsewhere in Utah, authorities said stores in Salt Lake City, Taylorsville and Provo were also threatened. Police were alerted after threatening emails were sent to local news stations.

Four locations in Northeast Ohio and another location outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania were also threatened in an email to Cleveland 19. “Target is full of [redacted] cowards who turned their back on the LGBT community and decided to cater to homophobic right wing, redneck, bigots, who protested and vandalized their store,” the email to Cleveland 19 read. “We won’t stand idly by as the far right continues to hunt us down.”

“We are sending you a message, we placed a bomb in the following Targets,” the email continued. “We will continue to bomb your Targets until you stop cowering and bring back your LBGT merchandise.”

“We will not be erased, we will not go quietly.”

Cleveland 19 then reported the email to local law enforcement and the FBI.

The threatening email comes as Target is facing a growing boycott over its “pride” collection for children. Notably, attention was particularly drawn to items such as women’s swimsuits labeled as “tuck friendly” and designs by Abprallen, a London-based company known for creating LGBTQ+ clothing and accessories with occult and satanic themes.

Ohio mother burned alive by former lover testifies at her own murder trial

Ohio mother burned alive by former lover  testifies at her own murder trial

Judy Malinowski, became the first person in history to testify at her own murder trial in 2018

By Edward Era Barbacena

A beautiful 31-year-old mother of two named Judy Malinowski who survived ovarian cancer and an addiction to prescription painkillers, unfortunately, had deadly taste in men. Her ex-boyfriend in a fit of rage doused her in gasoline, then set her on fire, but she lived just long enough to testify against him.

The ex reportedly threw gasoline on her behind a gas station in Gahanna, a Columbus, Ohio suburb, in 2015 and set her aflame. She somehow survived even after suffering third and fourth-degree burns over 90% of her body, leaving her horribly disfigured and bedridden.

Malinowski detailed her ordeal from her hospital bed and had it recorded. She succumbed to her physical trauma in 2017.

The recorded testimony was entered into evidence during her killer’s trial. It was the first time in Ohio history that a murder victim was able to testify against her killer in that manner

An MTV documentary called “The Fire That Took Her” covers the young mother’s horrific ordeal that led to her death and it is now available for streaming on Paramount+. It’s directed by Patricia E. Gillespie and contains interviews with the detectives and attorneys who were involved in the horrific case. The documentary also speaks with Malinowski’s mother, Bonnie Bowes.

“Judy’s sacrifice, first and foremost, is what compelled me to tell her story,” Bowes told Fox News Digital in an interview. “The second is the chance to help other women.”

The film shows Malinowski in her hospital room during the final two years of her life. She was in a coma for seven months, underwent 60 surgeries, and was resuscitated seven times. An amputated arm had been scorched to the bone but the woman was a fighter.

Her once-lovely face was almost skeletal in the end. Her ears were gone and her nose was greatly diminished. She struggled to breathe but she fought to live. Her screams of pain were caught on camera as her scarred body tortured the soul residing within. It was a hellish existence that she finally gave up.

Malinowski said the pain was “like a thousand hot needles,” which was later played in court where those in attendance could hear her gasps.

“There are no words to describe the agony she’s seen,” Bowes recounted. “And I don’t have any words to describe what those burn dressings were like, especially on your child. They were all over her body. No amount of medicine was able to stop the pain. There just wasn’t enough for those burns. It was brutal. One doctor said it was like blowing cold air on a nerve of a tooth over and over again, except it was her entire body. And then those burns were rubbed over and over.”

“I think, at that point, as a parent, you’re just on autopilot,” she stated. “I was in such survival mode for Judy to sustain life while I was caring for my grandkids. I think that’s what kept me going.”

Malinowski was determined to live long enough to give her testimony against the man who murdered her. Michael Slager was eventually charged with her murder when she passed. He had already been charged in 2016 with felony assault and aggravated arson.

“I knew Bonnie had great faith that there would be a recovery here,” Judge Warren T. Edwards, who was the assistant district attorney at the time, told Fox News Digital in an interview. “But I think, from our perspective, we knew that at some point, these injuries would take Judy’s life. So, from the very beginning, we prepared this case for a homicide trial. That meant I spent hours upon hours at Judy’s bedside preparing her. I was out there just about every week.”

“I’ve prosecuted dozens of homicides, but, of course, the victims in them are usually deceased at the time that the case is assigned to me,” he commented. “I get to meet their families, their loved ones, but never the victims themselves. This was unique. As I got to know Judy the victim, I knew this would be a very different kind of fight.”

The mother noted that the relationship between her daughter and Slager was “tumultuous from the first day.”

“She came to me multiple times and said she was trying to get away from Michael,” she recalled. “She would text me and say, ‘Please Mom, have the authorities get him out of my apartment.’ This relationship was not healthy. She realized there was something controlling about him. And he preyed on her weaknesses.”

“She attempted multiple times [in the past] to get help from the police,” Bowes remarked. “There were numerous 911 calls to her home. But I think there was an attitude at the time, without looking at Michael’s [past] record, that she was a prior drug user. … I think that played into it. And I also think it’s because they readily didn’t have information on Michael whenever they would walk into this domestic violence situation blindly. … I do think there was a stigma at that time.”

Five months before Malinowski passed, she recorded a three-hour attestation. She agonizingly had to lower her pain medication dosage so she could coherently testify.

She testified that an argument had resulted in Slager dousing her with gasoline. Some of it went down her throat. He pulled out a lighter and monstrously set her on fire, ignoring her pleas for help as she burned.

“The look on his face was pure evil,” Malinowski stated.

A grand jury indicted Slager on murder charges after she died. His defense attorneys argued against allowing Malinowski’s testimony, saying prosecutors improperly relied on civil law rather than criminal law to obtain the recording. In 2018, a judge ruled that the videotaped testimony would stand at Slager’s trial.

The judge wanted Slager put to death for Malinowski’s murder, but she didn’t want that.

“That didn’t surprise me,” her mother said. “That’s not really who Judy was. She had forgiven Michael throughout her journey in the hospital. We spoke a lot about it. She wanted Michael to find God. She wanted him to be sorry. She just couldn’t get her head around the fact that he could do this to her and not be sorry. But Judy didn’t hold grudges. She wasn’t that type of person, even at that level of pain.”

Judy’s Law was passed in 2017 and was signed by Ohio’s governor. It requires six additional years in prison for crimes that permanently maim or disfigure victims. When it was passed, Malinowski’s 13-year-old daughter Kaylyn claimed the bill’s passage helped her and her 10-year-old sister Madison know that their “mommy did not suffer in vain.”

Slager pled guilty in 2018. He got life in prison without the possibility of parole.

“My daughter suffered so greatly,” Bowes said, according to Fox News. “She never wanted another woman to suffer the way she did. She wanted to make a change. She fought to change the laws and help other women.”

“Her relationship with [Slager] was only really from April to August. In those few months, her whole life was just destroyed,” the mother concluded.

Adult Transgender Pedophile Who Identifies Himself As A Teenager Pleads Guilty To Enticement Of A Minor

Adult Transgender Pedophile Who Identifies Himself As A Teenager Pleads Guilty To Enticement Of A Minor

By Edward Era Barbacena

An adult male who identifies as a lesbian teenager has pleaded guilty to charges of attempting to entice a minor into sexual activity after being caught in a law enforcement sting targeting child predators. Scarlet Moon Shadows, also known by the screen name “Dragongurl69,” of West Rutland, Vermont, entered his plea last month.

Shadows, born Randy Emillion Goodreau, admitted in court that he attempted to entice and coerce an individual, whom Shadows believed to be an 11-year-old girl, for the purposes of sexually abusing her. The charge brought against Shadows was based on an affidavit written by FBI Special Agent Jenelle Bringuel, who specializes in investigating the sex trafficking of minors.

In the affidavit, Bringuel described how Shadows began exchanging messages with an undercover agent posing as a child in December of 2021, and another agent whom Shadows believed was the girl’s mother, while using the screen name “Dragongurl69.”

According to court documents reviewed by Reduxx, Shadows discussed “teaching” the child about sexual activity with the undercover agent he believed was her foster mother.

Shadows told the undercover agent that he was 31 but a “middle,” which Shadows described as meaning that he identified as a 12-year-old girl.

According to the affidavit, on January 15, Bringuel sent Shadows several photos of an undercover agent that had been digitally manipulated to make her resemble an 11-year-old girl.

Later that same day, Shadows suggested having sexual contact with the child and “having her date me” and requested to speak with the child.

Shadows texted the girl saying her mother “wants me to teach you sex stuff” and added, “But up to you to lol.” The next day, Shadows sent messages establishing his age as 31 and urging the “girl” to keep his communications and the relationship confidential.

“We have to keep the relationship a secret. So to the public im gonna be your nanny but wen we are home we are girlfriends. Its just so we don’t get in trouble then when your not a minor we can express our love in public, Ok? (sic),” Shadows wrote according to the affidavit.

During the initial conversations, Shadows sent the 11-year-old several sexualized pictures of his chest.

While some of the messages began innocently enough, Shadows quickly began fantasizing messages describing imagined sexual abuse of the girl, which he said would be “more than kissing.”

In one conversation with the undercover agent posing as the child, Shadows explicitly details what the proposed sexual activity might include, listing oral and penetrative sex and advising the girl that he still has a penis.

On January 26, Shadows travelled from Vermont to Warren County, New York with the intention of having sex with the child. When arrested, Shadows had an engagement ring, condoms, and gifts for the child on his person. During questioning, he claimed the sexual texts were nothing more than “roleplaying.”

A press release put out by the Department of Justice detailing the case referred to Shadows using she / her pronouns and gave no indication that he is male or that he identifies as transgender. According to the DOJ, the investigation was conducted by the FBI and its Child Exploitation Task Force, which includes members of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, including the Colonie Police Department and the New York State Police.

Shadows was active on Facebook prior to his arrest, and made multiple posts utilizing the trans pride flag and calls to “cherish trans women.” He also uploaded his own poorly-drawn artwork to his account, some of which featured disturbing themes.

In one pen-work picture, Shadows shows what appears to be an older man with a much-smaller girl.

“We will never brake, not even from our darkest sin. The devil is no longer in charge. We are the new rulers of hell,” the picture reads.

Among his other disturbing artwork, Shadows has drawn several illustrations which appear to depict violence against a woman, whose likeness is consistent across multiple images. Some depict her decapitated, and another shows her strung from the ceiling and being beaten.

Shadows is scheduled for sentencing on August 25, 2023. He faces a minimum of 10 years and up to life in prison, as well as a term of post-release supervision of at least 5 years and up to life, and a fine of up to $250,000. Shadows will also be required to register as a sex offender for life if he is ever released from prison.

Once imprisoned, Shadows will be under the jurisdiction of the federal Bureau of Prisons, which currently has a gender self-identification policy in place for housing transgender inmates.

On January 13 of 2022, the Bureau of Prisons revised its Transgender Offender Manual, which included guidelines previously scrubbed by the Trump administration with respect to gender self-identification for federal inmates. Under the Trump administration, inmates were housed based on biological sex as a sole consideration, but the Biden administration renewed Obama-era guidelines requiring gender identity be considered when making housing assignments.

There are currently 1,500 federal inmates who identify as transgender. According to Keep Prisons Single Sex USA, almost 50% of trans-identified male federal inmates are in custody for sex offences. This is compared to just 11% of the non-trans male federal inmate population.

Budweiser teams up with Harley-Davidson for VERY manly new advert as owner Anheuser-Busch tries to recover from Bud Light backlash over marketing campaign with American homosexual influencer Dylan Mulvaney

Budweiser teams up with Harley-Davidson for VERY manly new advert as owner Anheuser-Busch tries to recover from Bud Light backlash over marketing campaign with American homosexual influencer Dylan Mulvaney

By Edward Era Barbacena

Budweiser has teamed up with Harley-Davidson for a macho commercial that includes beer cans emblazoned with the motorcycle-maker's logo - as company executives try to win back customers following the Dylan Mulvaney debacle.

The commercial features a gray-haired, male mechanic working on a Harley bike before three men are shown drinking the beer.

Speaking over a rock instrumental, a male narrator says: 'The greatest legacies are built with grit and resilience, one detail at a time. Limited edition Budweiser Harley-Davidson cans - for those who give everything to their craft. This Bud's for you.'

The masculine tone is in stark contrast to Bud Light's disgusting partnership with homosexual Dylan Mulvaney, 26, which saw the cross-dresser influencer receive a can of beer with his face on it to celebrate 365 days of 'womanhood'.

Anheuser-Busch, the company which owns Budweiser and Bud Light, has lost $15 billion in value since the tie-up was announced and bosses are desperately scrambling to win back customers who've boycotted the beer.

Budweiser's commercial with Harley-Davidson - the first time the two companies have partnered - was released last week alongside the launch of the limited-edition cans.

Each can features the slogan 'Kings of our Craft' and the words 'brewed and built in the USA'.

Budweiser said: 'The greatest legacies are built one detail at a time. Here's to an American collaboration for the ages.'

But the launch on Facebook was marred by a flood of comments from people still upset about the Mulvaney deal, suggesting attempts to move past the debacle have been unsuccessful.

The backlash led to calls from some for a boycott of all Anheuser-Busch's beers. The company's portfolio also includes other major brands like Michelob Ultra and Stella Artois

Shares in the company have fallen sharply amid a major drop in sales of Bud Light in the US. Anheuser-Busch has seen its market value plunge $15.7billion and weekly retail sales of Bud Light have been consistently down by at least 20 percent since mid-April.

Two marketing executives have been placed on leave over the decision to team up with Mulvaney.

And as Anheuser-Busch has lost value, competitors have added $3.2billion in market value to their brands.

Molson Coors, which owns Coors Lite, has seen an increase of $2.2billion market value, around 20 percent, while Heineken has a spike of $1billion – an increase of 1.7 percent.

Sales of Bud Light are down more than 23 percent as of the week ending May 6, according to JPMorgan beverage analyst Jared Dinges.

He said the bank expects a 12 to 13 percent volume decline over the course of a year in the US.

'We believe there is a subset of American consumers who will not drink a Bud Light for the foreseeable future,' the analysts said on Tuesday.

He added: 'Shares have underperformed EU Beer peers by 15% since the start of April.

'We believe this is due to U.S. uncertainty, as investor focus has shifted squarely to the potential impact from the Bud Light controversy.'

American clothing company Target loses $9B in week following boycott calls over pro-homosexual clothes for innocent children

American clothing company Target loses $9B in week following boycott calls over pro-homosexual clothes for innocent children

This proves that if you go woke, you go broke

By Edward Era Barbacena

Target has lost $9 billion in market value since angry social media users called for a boycott of the Minneapolis-based retailer over its rollout of the homosexual “PRIDE” collection featuring LGBTQ-friendly clothing for children.

A week ago Wednesday before the controversy erupted, Target’s stock closed at $160.96 a share, giving the big-box chain a market capitalization of $74.3 billion.

As of early trading on Thursday, however, shares of the company were trading off 1% at $141.76 — capping a weeklong tumble that has shrunk the “cheap chic” discount retailer’s value to $65.3 billion.

That amounts to a 12% drop that has shaved a whopping $9 billion off the company’s market capitalization.

Target said on Tuesday it was removing some items from its stores and making other changes to its LGBTQ+ merchandise nationwide ahead of Pride month after intense backlash from some customers who confronted workers and tipped over displays.

“Since introducing this year’s collection, we’ve experienced threats impacting our team members’ sense of safety and well-being while at work,” Target said in a statement on Tuesday.

“Given these volatile circumstances, we are making adjustments to our plans, including removing items that have been at the center of the most significant confrontational behavior.”

Target said that customers knocked down Pride displays at some stores, angrily approached workers and posted threatening videos on social media from inside the stores.

That was just days after Target CEO Brian Cornell had defended the LBGTQ-friendly merchandise, saying it was “the right thing for society.”

Target declined to specify Wednesday which items it was removing but among the ones that garnered the most attention were “tuck friendly” women’s swimsuits that allow trans women who have not had gender-affirming operations to conceal their private parts.

Designs by Abprallen, a London-based company that designs and sells occult- and satanic-themed LGBTQ+ clothing and accessories, have also created backlash.

The Pride merchandise has been on sale since early May. Pride month is held in June.

Target confirmed that it has moved its Pride merchandise from the front of the stores to the back in some Southern stores after confrontations and backlash from shoppers in those areas.

Conservative commentator Tomi Lahren said on Tuesday that Target is about to see its business suffer in the same way that Bud Light did.

“I think that Target really soon is about to find out what happens when conservatives shop or rather don’t shop, because they are about to get Bud Light-ed,” Lahren told Fox News host Sean Hannity on Tuesday.

Bud Light has seen its sales drop for some six consecutive weeks — down 25% versus a year ago in the most recent week — since boycott calls erupted in response to its controversial marketing campaign with American homosexual social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

Bud Light is pretty much giving beer away Memorial Day weekend after American homosexual Mulvaney disaster

Bud Light is pretty much giving beer away Memorial Day weekend after American homosexual Mulvaney disaster

By Edward Era Barbacena

Bud Light is offering generous Memorial Day discounts that in some cases amount to free beer as Anheuser-Busch continues its race to recover from the homosexual Dylan Mulvaney controversy.

Through May 31, Bud Light is announcing a “Summer Discount” to “make your Memorial Day weekend easier” where customers who purchase a 15-pack or more of Bud Light, Budweiser, Budweiser Select or Budweiser Select 55 will receive a $15 Discount.

For reference, a 15-pack of Bud Light is listed for $12.99 on Target’s website, the same price as a 15-pack of Budweiser.

The rebate will be paid via a digital prepaid card, according to the Bud Light site. Customers must provide proof of purchase – an image of the cash register barcode and their receipt – to receive the prepaid card in the mail to their home.

Up to two rebate submissions can be made until the end of the month: one between May 17 and May 23, and another between May 24 and May 31, depending on the terms and conditions.

Bud Light announces “Summer Discount” to “make your Memorial Day weekend easier” where customers who purchase a 15-pack or more of Bud Light, Budweiser, Budweiser Select or Budweiser Select 55 will receive a $15 discount .

Anheuser Busch

The offer is also available for packs of Budweiser Select, a light lager-style beer, and Select 55, a golden lager made with caramel malt.

The discount offer comes as Bud Light sales have deteriorated for the sixth consecutive week since April 1, when American homosexual influencer Mulvaney shared an Instagram post of a personalized Bud Light that the Anheuser-Busch brand can send him to celebrate his delusional “365 days of youth”.

Discounts have already been offered on Bud Light by individual sellers looking to get rid of the beleaguered business. An unidentified beer vendor has already given a $20 discount on his $19.98 case of 24 beers.

Sales of the once most popular US beer fell 24.6% for the week ending May 13 from a year ago – slightly worse than the 23.6% drop suffered a week earlier, according to Bump Williams Consulting and Nielson IQ Research.

Cases of unsold Bud Light that have expired on liquor store shelves are being repurchased by Anheuser-Busch as the brewer continues to make amends with customers who have been put off by disastrous and carnal Mulvaney’s social media posts and boycotts beer.

The discount also applies to Budweiser Select and Budweiser Select 55. The unfortunate partnership with Mulvaney also affects this Anheuser-Busch brand, which has seen a 9.7% decline in sales in each of the past two weeks.

Anheuser Busch

Bud Light is also rekindling its patriotism by sponsoring a group of veterans for the first time and plans to appear in football and country music commercials.

The consequences of this unfortunate partnership now also affect other brands in Anheuser-Busch’s portfolio, including Budweiser and Michelob Ultra.

American school shooter asks for mercy from life sentence; teacher, principal want him to stay in prison

By Edward Era Barbacena

A school shooter serving a life sentence without parole for killing a first grader on a South Carolina playground when he was 14 is asking a judge to lessen his sentence so he can eventually get out of prison.

Jesse Osborne’s lawyer asked Judge Lawton McIntosh on Monday to reconsider his sentence so Osborne, now 21, could have some hope of freedom in his 50s or 60s.

Attorney Frank Eppes said the judge didn’t fully consider a psychologist’s report that Osborne’s lashed out because of abuse and can be rehabilitated.

“Give Jesse some hope to live with,” Eppes said at a televised court hearing.

Osborne himself asked for a chance at life outside a prison cell, apologizing to the family of 6-year-old Jacob Hall who he killed and everyone at the school that day.

“I would just like to say sorry to every single one of them. Because my evil actions hurt their lives,” Osborne said. “I’m just going to try to better myself in the Department of Corrections the rest of my life.

But the teacher whose class was having recess, the parent of a wounded child, the father of the student celebrating his birthday, the superintendent who saw the bloodstained class rug and the school principal all said at Monday’s hearing at the Anderson County Courthouse that they don’t want to ever see Osborne out of prison.

Principal Denise Fredericks recognized Osborne as he paced outside Townville Elementary School with a backpack full of ammunition for 12 minutes after his gun jammed before police arrived to arrest him. Osborne had been a student there for seven years.

“I do wish Jesse a life where he can wake up, breathe, eat, work, be productive — but not outside the walls of a prison,” Fredericks said. “In my opinion, his current sentence is still so, so much more merciful than the sentence he gave to Jacob and our school family.”

Prosecutors said Hall’s family didn’t wish to speak in court but want Osborne to never be released from prison.

Osborne is serving two life sentences after pleading guilty. Before opening fire at the school on Sept. 28, 2016, he shot and killed his father while he slept in a recliner, kissed his rabbit and other pets goodbye, then stole his dad’s truck and drove to his former elementary school, according to Osborne’s confession.

Osborne crashed his truck into the school fence and fired at the first grade class celebrating a classmate’s birthday at recess. Hall bled to death from a gunshot to his leg. Two other student and a teacher suffered minor injuries.

Uneaten cupcakes with the Batman logo could still be seen on the ground inside police tape hours after the shooting.

“My son hates his birthday now,” father Jeff Bernard told the judge.

Prosecutors said Osborne wanted to kill dozens but he was carrying the wrong ammunition and his gun jammed after every shot.

“He didn’t stop because he wanted to. The gun jammed. Thank God the gun jammed,” Fredericks said.

Osborne’s lawyer said a video call he had open to a group chat with people who knew his plan showed him sobbing, upset and ready to give up after the first shots.

Osborne is asking the judge to consider a supplemental report from a psychologist that disagrees with prosecution experts who testified at Osborne’s original sentencing that he is a dangerous and pathological liar with no remorse.

Osborne’s brain was sill developing in his teens. The psychiatrists cited by the defense said he has shown guilt and grief and responded to treatment during the nearly seven years since his arrest on school grounds.

Osborne’s lawyer suggested a 30-year minimum sentence for the two counts of murder, followed by 15 years for shooting at the other children and then lifetime monitoring by GPS after he is released from prison with one review after 10 years.

McIntosh asked for a detailed report from the defense expert in the next month and told prosecutors they would have at least 10 days to respond.

A number of students never returned to the school after the shooting. Some haven’t returned to any school. A popped balloon ended a school dance in tears. Recess is still filled with anxiety, said teacher Meghan Hollingsworth, whose class was celebrating the birthday that day. Her child was in kindergarten just down the hall.

“The screams of children having fun sends a panic through me as I look to see who is screaming and see if they are OK,” she said.

She asked the judge to think about a sign in her first grade classroom and uphold his life sentence handed down more than three years ago,

“You are free to choose, but you are not free from the consequences of your choices,” it reads.

Mass shooting again in the United States leaves 9 injured at Louisiana Block Party

By Edward Era Barbacena

Seven people were shot and two more were injured while trying to escape the gunfire during a mass shooting at a block party in the Marydale subdivision on Sunday night.

The gunfire erupted in the 300-block of Hyland drive at approximately 9:30 p.m. on May 21, WWL reported.

Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office (LPSO) deputies responded to the scene within minutes and discovered someone had opened fire during a large block party, according to WDSU.

Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre said the scene was “pandemonium,” with people running in multiple directions as they attempted to get to safety.

Several victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment, while others were flown to University Medical Center in New Orleans, WVUE reported.

“We are still working with deputies to figure out just how many people were shot, how many were injured and how are those people doing this morning,” Sheriff Webre told the news outlet on Monday. “The crowd cleared pretty rapidly. We secured the scene and we are piecing the evidence together. We are looking for leads and if anyone can share any information with us that’s valuable, please let us know.”

The sheriff’s office later confirmed in a press release that seven people were injured by gunfire in the attack.

The victims, who ranged in age from 17 to 25, all survived.

Two more partygoers, a 21-year-old woman and a 22-year-old woman, were injured as the crowd was running from the mass shooting.

Investigators said they recovered a handgun and multiple shell casings at the scene.

No arrests had been made as of Monday morning.

Bud Light sales continue to drop further for six consecutive weeks amid homosexual influencer Dylan Mulvaney controversy

Bud Light sales continue to drop further for six consecutive weeks amid homosexual influencer Dylan Mulvaney controversy

By Edward Era Barbacena

Anheuser-Busch saw the sales of its Bud Light beer decline for the sixth straight week.

During the week beginning May 8, U.S. retail sales decreased 28% compared with the same period in 2022, according to a report citing an analysis of Nielsen data by consulting company Bump Williams. This comes after sales of Bud Light fell 23.6% for the week ending on May 6 compared to the same week last year.

Meanwhile, Coors Light increased by 17%, and Miller Lite increased by about 15% during the second week of May.

This decline began when Anheuser-Busch sent one personalized Bud Light can to American homosexual influencer Dylan Mulvaney, who subsequently made two posts with the can. Backlash soon began within the company's customer base.

The senior marketing officials involved were then put on leave, and the company cut ties with a third-party advertising agency. The brand has also reportedly hired a lobbying firm with GOP roots, Origin Advocacy, to rehabilitate its image.

Anheuser-Busch now stands to lose its Corporate Equality Index score of 100 from the Human Rights Campaign, one of the leading LGBT advocacy groups, over its fallout with Mulvaney.

Mulvaney claimed to have been worn down by the backlash stemming from the partnership with Bud Light. The advertising collaboration began last month, greatly increasing the influencer's public profile.

Another innocent beautiful soul whose life was taken by an evil white person who happens to be the father.  This wasn't the first time. There several cases of children in the United States being murdered by their white parents or guardian.

A jury convicted a white  Boise man of first-degree murder for killing his 4-month-old son.

Thomas Rowley, 25, was found guilty on Thursday following a monthlong trial. He was arrested in June 2020 and accused of severely shaking his son, Milo, before dropping him face-first in his crib, which caused a fatal brain injury, according to a news release from the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office.

Rowley waited more than four hours before calling dispatch to get assistance for his son, who later died at a local hospital, the release said.

The jury deliberated for approximately six hours before reaching a verdict, the release said.

The maximum punishment for first-degree murder is up to life imprisonment. Rowley’s sentencing is scheduled for May 22.

“The abuse and homicide of Milo is heartbreaking for his loved ones, our community, and every single person involved in this case,” Ada County Prosecutor Jan Bennetts said in the release. “I greatly appreciate the time and attention the jury put into this lengthy trial. And finally, I am thankful for the tireless work of my trial team, the numerous Boise Police Detectives assigned to this case who did a thorough investigation, and all of the medical experts involved who are dedicated professionals doing difficult work. These partnerships are incredibly important to ensuring our ability to obtain justice for child abuse victims.”

American homosexual man sues NYC yoga studio for S5M for not allowing him to use women’s locker room

American homosexual man sues NYC yoga studio for  S5M for not allowing him to use women’s locker room

By Edward Era Barbacena

An  American homosexual is suing a Manhattan yoga studio for $5 million because he was forced to use the men’s locker room.

It’s the third gender-identity discrimination lawsuit Ali Miles, who also goes by the name Dylan Miles, has filed in the city in 13 months — and could be part of a coming tsunami of trans-rights lawsuits targeting small businesses.

Miles claims to be in “the process of transitioning into [a] woman,” wearing women’s clothing and undergoing hormone therapies, according to court papers.

The Arizona native turned up at Hot Yoga Chelsea on West 27th Street on May 4 for a 5 p.m. class, according to Miles’ latest litigation.

Management barred Miles from the women’s locker room and bathrooms — but Miles went anyway, prompting an outcry from other women there, the filing claims.

“Female patrons … complained and yelled at Miles about Miles’ presence and use of the single-sex locker room and bathroom labeled women, and they demanded Miles leave and cease using the facilities,” according to court papers.

“We have other transgender people [at Chelsea Hot Yoga], we have several trans women and several trans men, and there’s never been a problem. … it’s this individual,” the witness told The Post.

“This person who claims to be a transitioning woman came into the female locker room, number one, in male shorts that were down to his knees. Although there could be some hormonal addition because his bust is bigger than mine, he did not wear any feminine top to cover his bust,” the witness noted. “He also de-robed, and he is a full male. There’s 150% man. There were things hanging out.”

“It wasn’t even like he was just standing there,” the witness added. “He was crouched down on the floor in front of the shower stalls. It was very uncomfortable for one of the women that was in there and she was completely naked.

“This person started in immediately with reciting the law, and why would you do that? Because this person could see that there were other women, amongst myself, that were notably upset …This person, I don’t know if they come to these places to try to start a problem or whatever.”

Lawyer Peter Sverd also represented Miles in his case against Planet Fitness in the Bronx, where Miles was escorted out of the women’s locker room, and another against a homeless shelter in the Bronx where he was allegedly assaulted by a security guard.

A 2016 city law requires places of “public accommodation” to allow visitors to use the bathroom which aligns with their gender identity, or provide facilities for “all genders.”

Big Apple businesses, especially in Manhattan, are proactively trying to avoid any bathroom problems, said Anthony Mignano, a real estate property manager who is not connected with the lawsuit.

“We’ve been informed by our lawyers to change everything … everything has to be a neutral bathroom now to avoid it,” said Mignano, whose company oversees six commercial buildings in Manhattan.

Trans bathroom and locker room claims could sock city businesses with litigation the same way the Americans with Disabilities Act has, one expert said.

The landmark federal bill is the impetus for hundreds of lawsuits, many in part stemming from apparent “professional plaintiffs” who file dozens of claims and pressure small businesses into paying cash settlements.

“This is definitely a trend you can expect to see,” said lawyer Ron Coleman, who is not connected to the Miles case, of trans discrimination claims which could follow the ADA mold.

The difference between the transgender community and the disabled comes down to public support, Coleman added.

“When the ADA was passed a political decision was made that we as a society are prepared to ‘bear the costs’ … in a potentially very expensive and very difficult manner, and I do think that consent existed,” he said. “I don’t believe there is such a consensus for trans people or people who claim to be trans people.”

A former Philadelphia Police homicide detective is facing even more charges including rape.

The district attorney's office says the new allegations against 57-year-old Donald Suchinsky involve a second woman.

Suchinsky is accused of using his role as a homicide detective to target his victims.

The second woman's brother had been murdered and Suchinsky was assigned to the case.

The alleged assaults happened from 2017 to 2022.

In February, Suchinsky was charged with harassing and sexually assaulting another victim, the mother of a man who was murdered in 2020.

On May 18, he was charged with Rape, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Sexual Assault, Indecent Assault, Terroristic Threats, and Official Oppression for his role in at least 10 alleged incidents of assault against a second victim.

AMERICAN COMEDIAN REFUSES TO BACK DOWN AFTER ROASTING HOMOSEXUAL INFLUENCER DYLAN MULVANEY

AMERICAN COMEDIAN REFUSES TO BACK DOWN AFTER ROASTING HOMOSEXUAL INFLUENCER DYLAN MULVANEY

By Edward Era Barbacena

Comedian Chrissie Mayr couldn’t care less that the woke outrage mob doesn’t like her Dylan Mulvaney jokes.

Mayr went viral when she battled hecklers during a show after making fun of homosexual influencer and cross-dresser Dylan Mulvaney. The transgender influencer, whose brand seems to be mocking women and acting like a little girl, has been under intense fire since a collaboration with Bud Light.

Comedian Chrissie Mayr couldn’t care less that the woke outrage mob doesn’t like her Dylan Mulvaney jokes.

Mayr went viral when she battled hecklers during a show after making fun of Dylan Mulvaney. The transgender influencer, whose brand seems to be mocking women and acting like a little girl, has been under intense fire since a collaboration with Bud Light.

“Why has it been a year of girlhood and still no t*ts? That’s day one. Okay. If I’m transitioning to a dude, day one I’m getting a c*ck and I’m getting the biggest one you can find. Go into the back room. Get me something black. I have something to prove. Why no t*ts for Dylan? I don’t understand,” Mayr joked during a show in Dallas.

When someone shouted out that Mulvaney is a man, Mayr agreed and that had some people in the audience screaming the transgender activist is a woman.

“No, it’s all good. We can all have different beliefs, it’s OK. Some of us can believe in reality and some of us can’t,” the comedian responded.

She was called a transphobe, but made it clear during an interview with Fox News that she doesn’t care.

While many people bow to the woke mob or don’t even risk pushing the limit out of fear of upsetting the outrage crowd, Mayr isn’t backing down.

“I don’t know if they were looking to be offended, but they could have been people that are just easily offended, and they didn’t realize it ’til they were at the show because a lot of people live in a bubble, and they aren’t challenged. And it sometimes takes being at a comedy show for these feelings to come out. Their friends aren’t challenging them, their family [isn’t] challenging them, their work, their school – everything’s in line with the mainstream. I just don’t think they’re very self-aware, and they’re so used to their feelings being validated everywhere they go, and their reality being, I guess, reflected back to them,” Mayr said during her interview with Fox News.

Mayr then talked about a point that is incredibly important and 100% true:

Comedy is supposed to push the limits and be edgy. That’s the entire point of comedy.

“Stand-up is one of the very few places where you can like just – it’s the rawest form of entertainment, but also human interaction. You should be laughing at things at a comedy club that might get you in trouble at work. You should be making side comments to your buddies at a comedy club that could get you in trouble at work. It’s one of the last few places of freedom where you can be yourself and let loose,” the comedian correctly explained.

The popular comedian also made it clear she thinks it’s ridiculous there might be protected classes you can’t joke about, especially transgender people.

“Trans are like the protected class du jour. People feel very entitled – you can just say you’re non-binary and whoop, you have as much entitlement as a full-blown trans person,” Mayr told Fox News. She further added, “Not only can you can’t criticize them, you can’t even joke about them in a comedy club.”

Credit to Mayr for refusing to bow down to the pro-cancel culture/woke mob. Comedy is meant to make people uncomfortable, push the limits and hold nothing back. Dylan Mulvaney is ripe for the picking and of all the people out there who aren’t above getting dragged, a biological man behaving like a little girl isn’t one of them. Major props to Chrissie Mayr for standing her ground. America needs more of that energy.

Black hospital worker almost shot by racist police in mass-shooting drill patients and authorities thought was real

Black hospital worker almost shot by racist police in mass-shooting drill patients and authorities thought was real

Patients, staff and authorities weren’t told about the active shooting drill, with many placing terrified 911 calls and heavily armed police officers responding to the scene

By Edward Era Barbacena

A Black hospital worker is suing his employer after he was almost shot by police during a mass-shooting drill that both patients, staff and authorities believed was a real attack.

Brandon Woodruff, a 32-year-old labourer, was asked to pose as a gunman as part of an active-shooter drill at the Hawthorn Center psychiatric hospital in Northville Township, Michigan, on 21 December 2022.

Though skeptical, Mr Woodruff and a second colleague – a white male – agreed.

While a description matching their appearances would be read out over the tanoy as two shooters armed with AR-15s in the facility, they would then walk through the building and check if people were following active shooting protocol.

What they didn’t know was that the hospital bosses had failed to inform the staff, patients or the local police that they would be carrying out the drill.

When the drill unfolded with Mr Woodruff playing his part as asked, several people placed terrified 911 calls and heavily armed police officers responded to the scene.

The 32-year-old was handcuffed, detained and forced to lie on the ground while officers trained their firearms on him.

Terrified, he called his pregnant wife on his smartwatch to speak to her in what he feared could be his last moments alive.

Now, Mr Woodruff, several other employees and two sets of parents of child patients have filed multiple civil lawsuits against the Michigan state health department and against four hospital officials including the hospital director, director of training and data improvement, physical plant supervisor and safety coordinator, and the human resources manager and case manager.

In the lawsuits, Mr Woodruff claims that only the hospital’s supervisors were warned about the drill in advance and they were told not to relay the information to any other staff or patients.

Mr Woodruff told the Detroit Free Press that the alert went out over the system reporting two active shooters – one Black male, one white male, both dressed in winter clothing and armed with AR-15s.

Over the next 10 to 15 minutes, he said he and his colleague walked through the building separately before reuniting again.

There was one moment where he said it dawned on him that some of the people inside the hospital didn’t seem to realise it was only a drill.

He saw one woman sprinting “like she ran for her dear life” and then came across another room where the desperate occupants had used mattresses and chairs to try to barricade the doors.

“It was one particular room that drew me off guard, and I was on one of the living areas. It was the way it was barricaded,” he told the local paper.

“I had an uneasy feeling, like maybe these kids think this is real. I’m gonna like leave them alone in this area.

“They probably a little scared and not know what’s going on. So, I just left that area and just continued.”

Meanwhile, unbeknown to him, several people were desperately calling 911 and texting their loved ones in fear for their lives.

One 911 caller begged the dispatcher “please, please, please, help me”.

The Northville Township Police Department confirmed in a press release at the time that officers from Northville Township, the City of Northville, City of Livonia and Michigan State Police all responded to the Hawthorn Center that morning to reports of an active threat incident.

The lawsuit states that around 50 officers descended on the facility.

Mr Woodruff said he had no idea law enforcement was there until he walked outside and heard shouting to “get down”.

“I’m hearing yelling, ‘Get down’ … and I’m like I don’t know what the hell’s happening,” he told the Free Press.

“The police is here. Why are they here?”

He quickly complied with the officers’ commands, lying down on the concrete with his hands out “trying to figure out what’s going on”.

While he lay there, Mr Woodruff says he “heard the safeties come off the police officers’ weapons” and “was scared for his life,” the lawsuit claims.

He said he and his colleague were searched and handcuffed for at least 30 minutes before authorities confirmed it was an “unannounced drill” and let them go.

Mr Woodruff said he has been left traumatised and suffers from “anxiety, fear, depression and even suicidal ideation” from the experience and now struggles to go to work at the psychiatric hospital each day.

In the aftermath, he claims counseling on offer wasn’t useful and he was later denied a request for mental health treatment. He has been forced to miss work due to the trauma, he claims.

American male homosexual cyclist forced to stand alone on podium after winning on women's event

American male homosexual cyclist forced to stand alone on podium after winning on women's event

With strength and endurance of a man, Wesley Mumford easily won his age group, beating second-place racer Lindsey Kriete by 17 minutes and third-place rider Michelle Van Sickle by more than 30.

By Edward Era Barbacena

A male homosexual cyclist is facing backlash after he won a female category of a grueling gravel race and then posted on social media about other competitors bailing before the medal celebration.

Wesley Mumford, who transitioned in 2017 while a Colorado SWAT team leader, shared a lonesome photo after winning his age group in the female category of Sunday’s 100-mile Desert Gravel Co2Ut.

“I have no idea why so many people bailed before the podiums, but they did,” wrote Mumford, 46, while posing alone with his arms aloft in victory.

“I swear I wasn’t the only one in my age group,” he wrote of the 43 female competitors who finished after him in the 40-49 category.

Mumford also came in sixth overall in the female category of the race, beating 35 other real women cyclists. The event has a non-binary category, which he did not enter.

He easily won his age group, beating second-place racer Lindsey Kriete by 17 minutes and third-place rider Michelle Van Sickle by more than 30.

Neither of those women riders has spoken about being a no-show on the podium, but critics celebrated what they assume was a “silent protest.”

“The silent protests are starting!” tweeted Inga Thompson, a three-time Olympian, 10-time National Champion and medalist at the Tour de France.

“The women are refusing to stand on the podium with the man! Well done!!!”

“Enough is enough!” agreed Riley Gaines, the swimmer who became an outspoken critic of trans athletes competing against biological women after losing events to William Thomas.

“Empty podium except for the male who naturally finished atop all the women in the women’s category. Despite there being a non-binary/trans category he easily could have competed in. Keep it up girls!” she wrote, with a “#SaveWomensSports” hashtag.

Megyn Kelly also highlighted Mumford’s win on her Sirius XM show Thursday, saying that “there’s a story every other day now about a trans person winning a women’s cycling event.”

“Women’s cycling is all but gone to us — I mean it’s worse, I think, than women’s swimming,” she said of the sport first sparking controversy after the homosexual male William Thomas dominated events.

Of Mumford, Kelly said he was a male sheriff’s deputy “until two minutes ago.”

“Now he says he’s Leslie Mumford and has won in the women’s” race, she said, refusing to use Mumford’s preferred female pronouns.

“He suddenly decides he’s a woman, and goes and steals all their medals. No wonder [female athletes] are quitting,” she said.

One of her guests, activist Britt Mayer, suggested it was proof that women were “waking up” and starting to fight back after having “been polite for so long.”

“We thought that being polite was going to somehow make this all go away. But it’s getting worse,” said the co-founder of The Battle Cry, a group fighting to keep trans athletes out of women’s sports.

“But as it gets worse. I think that women are becoming a lot stronger in their convictions and realizing what’s at stake.”

Mayer insisted that if women don’t speak out, it is “going to become this tidal wave that absolutely destroyed women’s sports.”

Fellow Battle Cry co-founder Carrie Prejean Boller joked about how she “loves that women are getting the balls to stand up and say, ‘No more.'”

“You will not erase us women. You will not replace us. No! We’re taking a stand,” she said. “If we stand together, we will win.”

Mumford was a 17-year law enforcement veteran when he transitioned in 2017. CBS News said at the time that he was believed to be the first known transgender command-level law enforcement officer to transition.

Mumford recalled in an interview at the time that the whole of the Summit County Sheriff’s Office was called to a mandatory staff-wide meeting — with his young son being the one to break the news to them.

“The sheriff asked everyone, ‘Hey, I’ve heard there are some rumors about why we’re here today, does anybody want to share one?’” Mumford, who was then also the sheriff’s operations commander, told Summit Daily.

“Devin, my 7-year-old-son, raises his hand, stands up on his chair and says, ‘Because my mom’s going to tell you he’s transgender.’”

Mumford said he had the full support of his then-wife of 12 years, Sarah, as well as Summit Sheriff Jaime FitzSimons, who said he was “humbled that he had such courage to do that and honored that she wanted to do it on my watch.”

“The response from our staff was incredible,” the sheriff said at the time.

Mumford told CBS that he “didn’t go into this wanting to be a trailblazer or a role model for other people who may be struggling with their gender identity.”

Forres man given 15 year jail sentence after murdering his own grandmother

Forres man given 15 year jail sentence after murdering his own grandmother

Scott McCulloch admitted killing Patricia Bitters by repeatedly punching and stamping on her.

By Edward Era Barbacena

A white man has been jailed for at least 15 years after he admitted murdering his 84-year-old grandmother by repeatedly punching and stamping on her, causing her to die from her injuries six days later.

Scott McCulloch, from Forres, pleaded guilty to one charge of murder when he appeared by video link at the High Court in Edinburgh on Friday.

The 26-year-old was handed a life sentence and was told he must serve at least 15 years before he is eligible for parole.

In a narrative, the court heard McCulloch lived with his grandmother Patricia Bitters at her home in the town's Oystercatcher Close.

McCulloch had been drinking with friends on Sunday August 28 last year and returned home just before 10pm.

He admitted repeatedly punching and stamping on Mrs Bitters, who was just 4ft 9in and weighed 49kg.

The court was told neighbours had reported hearing a male shouting aggressively and then a woman shouting, "Help, help, stop, stop, no", before they went to Mrs Bitters's house.

McCulloch was "profoundly sorry" for his actions and that he "struggled to come to terms with them".

He told the court that while they had their differences, there was no "simmering malice" between McCulloch and his grandmother.

Judge Lord Beckett told McCulloch his actions had "devastated" Mrs Bitters's family and that he had taken advantage of her vulnerability.

"She had given you a home and was entitled to expect your protection and support in return," he told McCulloch.

Lord Beckett also told McCulloch that being "under the influence of alcohol" was not an excuse for the crime.

But he reduced the time McCulloch must serve before being eligible for parole from 17 years to 15, after taking into account his remorse and his early guilty plea.

McCulloch was visibly shaking as he was sentenced.

Following the sentencing, Police Scotland thanked those who came forward during their inquiry.

Detective Inspector Martyn Thomson, Senior Investigating Officer, said: “This was a brutal and sustained attack on a woman who should have been safe in her own home.

"Patricia's family have been left absolutely devastated and our thoughts remain with them at this extremely difficult time.

"While this conviction can’t change what happened, I hope the outcome brings them at least a degree of closure.

"I would like to thank those who came forward with vital pieces of information that assisted with our inquiry.

"Violence like this has no place in our society and will continue to work closely with our partners to bring perpetrators to justice."

American senator Ted Cruz opens a probe into Anheuser-Busch over homosexual influencer Dylan Mulvaney partnership

American senator Ted Cruz opens a probe into Anheuser-Busch over homosexual influencer Dylan Mulvaney partnership

By Edward Era Barbacena

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) opened and called for an investigation into Anheuser-Busch over its collaboration with homosexual influencer Dylan Mulvaney, saying that the company was potentially marketing its products to a younger audience through the partnership.

Cruz and Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) sent a letter to Brendan Whitworth, the Anheuser-Busch CEO and chairman of the Beer Institute, urging him to open an investigation into whether the company violated guidelines that prohibit beer companies from promoting their products to a younger audience. The Beer Institute is the beer industry’s self-regulatory body that establishes buying and advertising guidelines for beer companies to follow.

The senators allege that Mulvaney’s TikTok series, “Days of Girlhood,” skews his audience to those whose ages are younger than the Beer Institute’s guidelines.

The letter specifically pointed to various TikTok videos Mulvaney posted leading up to his partnership with Bud Light, where he posted a sponsored video of him drinking a can of beer.

“The use of the phrase ‘Girlhood’ was not a slip of the tongue but rather emblematic of a series of Mulvaney’s online content that was specifically used to target, market to, and attract an audience of young people who are well below the legal drinking age in the United States,” the senators wrote.

They called on Whitworth to cut the company’s ties with Mulvaney and apologize for allegedly marketing its products to an underage audience. The duo also asked for more information about how the company vets its partnerships, specifically its collaboration with Mulvaney.

“We would urge you, in your capacity at Anheuser-Busch, to avoid a lengthy investigation by the Beer Institute by instead having Anheuser-Busch publicly sever its relationship with Dylan Mulvaney, publicly apologize to the American people for marketing alcoholic beverages to minors, and direct Dylan Mulvaney to remove any Anheuser-Busch content from” his social media platforms, the senators wrote.

Cruz also reiterated the letter he sent while on “Fox and Friends” Thursday, accusing Anheuser-Busch of marketing its content to teenagers.

“We’re calling on the Beer Institute to investigate the degree to which Anheuser-Busch knowingly was marketing to children in going down this road,” Cruz said.

Transgender woman abducted and sexually assaulted schoolgirl

A man has admitted abducting a primary school girl while dressed as a woman before sexually assaulting her at his home in the Scottish Borders.

Andrew Miller, who is also known as Amy George, offered to give the girl a lift home in February of this year.

The 53-year-old instead drove her to his own house, took her into a bedroom and refused to let her leave.

He then subjected her to a series of sexual assaults over the course of the next 27 hours.

The High Court in Edinburgh was told the girl was only able to escape from the bedroom after Miller fell asleep on the second night of her ordeal.

She found his landline, dialled 999 and the police arrived within minutes. Miller - a father of three who lived alone - was still sleeping when he was arrested.

Judge Lord Arthurson told Miller that he had admitted "abhorrent crimes" of the utmost "deviance and depravity" and which were "the realisation of every parent's worst nightmare".

The court was told that Miller identifies as transgender and is in the process of transitioning to female. He was not known to his victim before he abducted her.

At the time of his arrest, he was presenting as Amy George but confirmed he wished to be addressed as Andrew Miller using "he" pronouns for simplicity.

The girl later told police she had been unable to get a bus home and so started to walk when she was approached "by a lady in a car" who offered to give her a lift.

She said she had accepted the offer and got into the Jaguar car because she was cold and believed the "lady" to be non-threatening.

Miller instead took her to his own three-bedroom detached bungalow in a residential street in the village of Gattonside, near Melrose, where he placed his arm around her neck and carried her to the main bedroom, where he repeatedly sexually assaulted her.

Miller, who owned a butcher shop in Melrose which had been closed for several months before the abduction, also watched pornography and fetish videos on television, with the girl describing how she had seen "weird" things.

She repeatedly asked to be taken home but Miller refused, saying that he intended to keep her for a week and that she was his new family.

The court heard that it was only by "complete fortune" that the child was able to escape once Miller fell asleep on a bed next to her.

She deliberately knocked a glass off a table and then turned on a light to see if he would wake up.

The girl then managed to escape the bedroom and called 999 from his landline.

The court was told that the girl's "fear and distress was palpable" in the call and her relief at hearing the police arrive at the house was obvious.

Officers found Miller still sleeping and wearing a bra, silicone breasts, female pants and tights.

The girl was taken to a nearby hospital to be medically examined.

Miller told the police he had stopped to "help" the child as she "looked freezing", saying it was a "motherly thing" and that he was being a Good Samaritan and had "put her in bed with me to warm up".

He pleaded guilty to the charges against him at the High Court via videolink and did not appear in person. He was wearing a maroon Scottish Prison Service sweater and had a short crew cut style haircut.

The offences included abduction, sexual assault, possession of 242 indecent images of children and intentionally causing a child under the age of 13 to look at a sexual image.

He will be sentenced on 15 August. The court is considering the imposition of an order for lifelong restriction, which would see Miller held in prison for a set period and only released if the parole board felt it was safe to do so. He also would be monitored for the rest of his life.

Det Ch Insp Bryan Burns said the victim and her family had shown "incredible courage and strength throughout this ordeal".

He added: "This was a significant investigation and I would like to thank all those involved for their professionalism and commitment during what was an extremely challenging inquiry.

"Andrew Miller has pled guilty to serious offending and will now face the consequences of his actions".

Miller is being held in a male prison wing while awaiting sentence in line with new guidelines for trans prisoners who commit sexual offences that were introduced following an outcry over the Isla Bryson case.

Bryson was initially placed in a female prison after being convicted of raping two women while she was known as a man called Adam Graham.

Even before he appeared in court, the windows of Andrew Miller's butcher shop in Melrose were boarded up. The feeling was it was only as matter of time before someone put a brick through the window, such was the strength of feeling in the town.

Police had raided his home the night before and word had spread quickly. He was a prominent figure in the area, increasingly seen more as Amy George, as he was also known.

His business tended to attract more of the tourists visiting the town, locals generally shopped elsewhere, he was known to be rude and short with customers.

Originally from Jedburgh, Miller lived across the river Tweed from Melrose in Gattonside.

He would sometimes be seen drinking in the bars in Melrose, again more recently as Amy, but mostly drinking alone.

When he appeared at Selkirk Sheriff Court there was a large crowd of locals and national media outside. When he was led away people shouted and jeered, chasing the prison van down the street.

His case was being heard at a time of heightened interest in how the judicial system was treating trans prisoners. But he appeared as Andrew Miller and was treated throughout as Andrew Miller.

People in Melrose want the boards from his shop taken down, the name above painted over. They just want to forget all about Andrew Miller and Amy George.
