Australian dirty old gay and paedophile of New South Wales imprisoned for sexually molesting young boys
Milton Orkopoulos jailed for 20 years over sexual misconduct of children age 10 to 15

Former NSW Labor MP Milton Orkopoulos has been jailed for a maximum of 20 years after he sexually abused four boys and supplied two of them with cannabis between 1993 and 2003.
It is the 66-year-old’s second jail sentence for child sexual abuse, after he was convicted in 2008 over offences against three other boys.
On Friday, District Court Judge Jane Culver said the latest crimes committed by Orkopoulos had been “calculated, predatory and manipulative” as she gave him a prison sentence of 20 years with a non-parole period of 13 years. The boys were aged between 10 and 15.
He was given cannabis by Orkopoulos and was assaulted in the back seat of his car before being dropped at the McDonald’s car park. He cried during the assault and was told by Orkopoulos that no one would believe him.
Orkopoulos met another victim when he saw the boy riding a skateboard near his office, and said he was the person to talk to about getting a skate park in the area. A third boy was seen by Orkopoulos when he was riding a bike past the electorate office.
Culver said the third boy was invited into the office and given cannabis, which made him feel like he was going to vomit. Orkopoulos then put his hand down the boy’s pants. The same boy was later sexually assaulted on the office desk, which left him screaming and crying in pain.
The judge said Orkopoulos continues to deny he committed the offences, meaning there is “no evidence of remorse or contrition”.
She said three of the victims provided statements to the court detailing the serious and ongoing impacts on their lives, including becoming homeless and ending up in jail.
Orkopoulos met one of the victims at his Swansea electorate office when the boy’s grandmother brought him in to speak about behavioural issues he had been experiencing after the deaths of his parents.

“It is hard not to be moved by such descriptions of profound harm caused to children, now adults. It is a continuing harm,” Culver said. “Child sexual assault typically, and tragically, derails the lives of the victims.”
In April, a jury found Orkopoulos guilty of 11 counts of sexual intercourse with a person aged between 10 and 16, seven counts of supplying a prohibited drug, six counts of aggravated indecent assault of a person under 16, and two acts of indecency with a person under the age of 16.
Two months later, Orkopoulos was “king hit” from behind in a jail attack, which knocked him unconscious. He was hit in the ribs and had his ankle stomped on, breaking it.
Culver found this attack was likely due to the perpetrator finding out about the latest guilty verdict.
Orkopoulos was previously convicted in 2008 of sexually abusing three boys and supplying them with drugs between 1995 and 2006. He was given a maximum sentence of 13 years and eight months.
Culver said Orkopoulos was released on parole in December 2019 before this was revoked in February 2020 because he created an Instagram account and borrowed another person’s phone to make a phone call, in breach of his reporting obligations under the child protection register.
He was charged with the current child sex offences in June and September 2020 and remained behind bars as he awaited trial. His original sentence expired in October 2021.
Orkopoulos watched his latest sentence handed down via video link from Goulburn Correctional Centre and did not react. His sentence was backdated to include time spent in custody, and he will be eligible for parole in June 2033.
