Biological male and deranged homosexual American swimmer Lia Thomas begins secret legal battle to compete in the 2024 Olympics against real women

Biological male and American homosexual swimmer Lia Thomas is taking legal action in hopes to join the U.S. Women’s Swim Team for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
According to a report from The Telegraph on Thursday, it was revealed that the 24-year old swimmer hired Canadian law firm, Tyr, to take on the case with the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland.
Thomas’s case comes after the sport’s governing body, World Aquatics, began prohibiting individuals who underwent “any part of male puberty” from competing against biological women back in 2022.
Thomas is challenging certain parts of the World Aquatics’ gender inclusion policy, which went into effect on June 20, 2022, according to the international court body.
His legal focus aims to overturn the policy that dictates male-to-female transgender athletes would only be eligible to compete in the women’s categories if they transition before the age of 12 or before they reach stage two of the puberty Tanner Stages.
Prior to the rule taking place, homosexual males allowed to compete against biological females if they lowered their testosterone levels.
Despite the legal battle, his case is unlikely to be heard in time to allow Thomas to qualify for the Olympic trials in June.
