American man of Nashville arrested for raping 12-year-old girl

James T. Searcy II has been arrested and charged with three counts of child rape and one count of aggravated child endangerment.

A man has been arrested after a 12-year-old girl says she was raped and forced to perform oral sex, an arrest record shows.

An arrest warrant says the 12-year-old victim explained during a forensic interview that she was forced to perform oral sex on 41-year-old James T. Searcy II multiple times. The victim also said that the suspect performed oral sex on them twice.

The child said Searcy II raped her vaginally once, the arrest record adds.

The girl said that the suspect would give her drugs in exchange for sexual acts. The arrest record says the victim smoked marijuana, drank alcohol and snorted cocaine with the suspect at his Nashville residence.

On Dec. 18, detectives executed a search warrant at the suspect's residence. During the search, the arrest record says detectives seized multiple items that support the victim’s statements. All of the crimes occurred in Nashville, Davidson County.

James T. Searcy II has been arrested and charged with three counts of child rape and one count of aggravated child endangerment. His total bond is set at $260,000.
